Jamba — Restaurant in Windsor Locks

This location in the airport is very inconsistent with hours of operation and customer service. I have had great customer service here occasionally in the past but very frequently they close before 4pm and other times they are open after 4pm but tell me they stop doing bowls at different times. Today I got in line T 3:59pm and got to the register at 4:03pm and was told they stopped doing bowls at 4. I let her know I have been in line to which she responded that "the spoons are already in the sink" when I was sjn like watching both female employees working the whole time and never stopped to put spoons in the sink. I fly in and out of BDL every single week and always get a bowl (when they will make them for ) and the inconsistency in service and messages is extremely frustrating. Gentleman working was extremely rude. The line was long and it although it looked like he was working the whole time he kept making mistakes, dropping things, having to clean up messes he made. He clearly noticeably unhappy to be there, muttering curse words under his breath the whole time. I tried to get clarity in a menu item and he turned and pointed at the menu then told me to scan the QR code to see it on my phone. Then proceeded to get my order wrong. After witnessing his attitude and tone with each customer that was there I wasn’t looking to ask anything of him. I stopped by this afternoon to order a smoothie and the employee told me he was not taking orders for 15 minutes. I said okay and left. Walked by a few times and saw him making orders for others. I tried to order again (well past the 15 minute mark) and he said "maybe come back in 5 more minutes" with no explanation.
