Pizza Time — Restaurant in Windsor Locks

The management is super stingy. I order several times a week. One day they deliver for 12$ the next want 25$ minimum order. I always tip drivers 3-5$. I only live 1/2 mile away. all the drivers complain about management. Other then that. they mostly make good food. However sometimes we get skimpy garbage. I have asked for managers to make good and they get mad and cuss me out. I do not ask for much. Just for consistent product/quality. Oh and 1$/per chiken wing. !!!!! Even if u order extra. Plus extra for dressings for wings Edit -April 10. Last time I order here. My friend and I were so sick for 3 days. From steak n cheese grinder. I don’t ever want to feel like that again. This place rips you off in fees. There is a fee to pay by card, a delivery fee, and they expect a huge tip. My friend and I placed two orders because we were both paying by card and they charged us two separate delivery fees even though they were being delivered to the same location at the same time. The pizza time staff were very rude when we asked them why do we have to pay twice. We do a lot of business with them at our job, and they do not care satisfy basic customer service. They should be grateful that they are still in business during COVID times. There are many other restaurants that will happily provide good food and customer service. PROS:

1. The food is really good.
2. The food is always ready very fast.

CONS:

1. Twice they have delivered to my house when I ordered to pick it up.
2. I order the SAME thing every time, but it is always a different price.
3. One time I picked up my pizza, which I paid $12 for (I didnt question this since the price is different every time). On my way home they called me and it turns out they gave me the wrong pizza. I was nice enough to drive back there and exchange it for the correct pizza. My pizza was $18. They actually made me pay the $6 difference!....even after they inconvenienced me by giving me the wrong pizza.
