S. New China — Restaurant in Windsor Locks

Worst customer service yet! I Just Moved to the town of Windsor lock, very nice town. so yesterday I ordered General tso chicken with shrimp fried rice with eggs in it. they delivered me fried chicken with reguler rice with a fried egg sitting on top of rice. the rice is supposed to be yellow and the shrimp and eggs is supposed to be mixed in the rice, I call the store to let them know that that my order WAS wrong. the lady (younger girl) hung up on me, so i drove down there and told them my order was wrong. let's just say they did not like that, i got cursed out so bad to the point i wanted to cry i got called "liar" and "fat pig" multiple times. All i wanted them to do was to make my food what i asked for. that insults kept coming. i finally got to a point where i said i want my money back, then they really got mad and cursed me out even more (mind you THERE is customers in the lobby, some who walk out). to add injury to insult, she didn't even give me my full refund back. I was very upset. I never in my life encountered such behavior. it was all uncalled for. I WILL NEVER ORDER...

If I could give no stars I would. We had 6 people over for our friends dinner night and it took them over 1 1/2 hours to deliver our food. Then when the food came it was cold, the chicken fingers were soggy and the food that we did try to eat tasted like fish everything tasted like fish. We called them and they did not offer any resolution. Our guests could not even stomach the food not to mention it was cold. We packed it up and brought it back to them to get our money back and they only refunded 40. on our $100 order. Not even 30% of the food was eaten. Then they wre calling me a liar. Absolutely will never eat ther and will be sure to tell others not to eat their. After all that I still had to figure out dinner for our guests, completely ruined our night. No customer...

I am having g a dificult time finding a decent Chinese restaurant. I order pan fried dumplings sadly to find the dough was thick and chewy and a very miniscule amount of stuffing no sauces to go with that was offered nor put in my to go bag. Chicken lo Mein was very disappointing as well as the noodles were overcooked and the brown sauce had no flavors. Pork fried rice was just a yellow died coloring with scanted pieces of meat no flavors either my hot and spicy soup was thickened with starch it looked more like a mushroom gravy and finely the egg fu young I had a hard time finding the mushrooms that i had ordered for I'm a vegetarian. I cannot recommend this restaurant...
