If I could I would give a negative score! The so called “manager” was a disaster! The worst experience ever! Then they wonder why this place is always empty. I ordered on the app and was specific with the sandwiches as my kids are picky. I have never had an issue at other Subways ordering in the app. I walked in a few minutes earlier and was just waiting. I was the only one in the store and I happened to see this person making a sandwich and asked if that was my order. She snapped and said yes. I proceeded to advise that it was incorrect as I made a note of the things I did not want in the sandwich. She started huffing and puffing saying next time just come into the store and order then if you are so selective. She then started saying since I was hovering over her she was unable to correctly make the sandwich. If that was the case, then when I walked in the sandwich should have been correctly made and it wasn’t. When I said that she blew up! I said wow this is how you treat customers then the review is going to be horrible and I was going to call the manager. She hissed back honey I am the manager. I felt terrible for the young man working alongside her because she kept screaming and slamming things down. I continued to state the sandwiches were incorrect and said this was the last time I was ordering from this store and she said she was banning me! Once the sandwiches were done she slammed down the glass compartments and retreated to the back. When I got home, I checked the 3 rd sandwich which was already done before I arrived at the store and it was completely wrong! She had put things on that weren’t ever requested ! Now if I was hovering and confusing you, how the hell did you mess up a sandwich reading off the paper before I even got there? When I returned she didn’t even bother to show her face.
Let me point out , I get everyone has bad days, however, as a professional in Human Resources, you train employees to walk away when frustrated so that you are not reflecting that in your customers! She was terrible! She seemed like she was on drugs and irritated for no reason. If I were the owner, you should reflect on who you have running your store! This is why the place is always empty! Never again will I even attempt to go to his store! I prefer to drive to another location where I will be treated better and respectfully!
