I will never come to this location ever again every single time I come here I have to do with a bad attitude from the people you can't speak to them because they have an attitude back it's like what is going on in the world right now where every time a customer goes to a restaurant and buy something or wants to order something the cashier wants to pick a fight or the employees are trying to pick fights is it's insane like I I'm paying for something why do I have to be treated badly to get it you are supposed to provide a service and an item or more than one item why do I have to fight to get my order why do I have to deal with people being rude to me and mean to me just so I can place my order I just don't understand this it's crazy and every single time I come to this specific store it doesn't matter who is working or who the cashier is they always have a bad attitude I canceled my order and walked out that girl was so rude for no reason and the other girl she rolled her eyes at me and I think she was the manager and she was rolling her eyes at me while I was placing my order just rude every single time I come in here but that won't...

Location 4505 Lake Circle, WI, 53598 Right when my boyfriend and I walked in we were greeted with a warm hello! It was my first time to a A&W and the employees were so excited for me. The cooks Mike and Vick gave us their favorite options. The lady with glasses at the cash register told us the specials and explained everything we had questions on. The also offered me to have the my Dr.Pepper float in a chilled mug! I love Dr.p that’s why I didn’t get root beer. There was barely any customers in the dinning room but the staff was taking turns making sure it was sanitized and spotless! Vick brought us our food with a kind smile and gave us some sauces to try our cheese curds in! The food was fresh, hot and delicious! The sauces were amazing and the Float was to die for. Vick offered a Togo cup because I wasn’t able to finish my float in the mug so I thought that was EXTREMELY thoughtful. We love A&W, but this location is horrible. The employee who is working the cash register inside right now (2:45 pm on Saturday, the 12th), has ZERO expression other than having a dumb look on her face and not responding to anything. Seriously, get a personality and take some training in customer service. Additionally, after spending $40 on lunch for 2 kids and 2adults, the only thing that was edible were the fries and cheese curds. The coney dog tasted like chemicals and was cold in the middle, my son and husband refused to eat their grey burger that tasted like nothing and looked like it came from something other than a cow. My daughter's chicken strips were disgusting. I thought she was just being a picky kid, but nope. I tried them and they were awful. The only thing they liked was their free ice cream.
