Just sat in the drive-through to get the wrong order. This seems to be a theme. Usually I have a great experience here. This is one of a couple that I have not been so great I called to say that my order was wrong and the manager told me that I could get back in line which took me another half hour put me late to what I was doing to begin with, I’m not sure what’s really going on here but Arby’s you need to get it together. Pay the employees better have better managers I don’t know but one thing I do know is Arby’s is never supposed to be run like this. Poor guess service. And the lobby is of course still closed. I’ve only been inside a couple of times when they had the lobby open. I never in my entire life would’ve thought that a restaurant should close the doors and not let you in to order and eat. And the hours of operation are usually not until 10 o’clock. It’s usually at 8 o’clock and I’ve even driven through here at 7 o’clock and it’s been closed. This is not how you run a restaurant Arby’s. And the only reason that I didn’t give it a one star. Is because this is one of the better ones around this area as I said, I usually don’t have a bad experience here. And I don’t wanna see the pre scripted response of Oh we’re so sorry don’t be sorry be better do better but I’m sorry it’s not going to cut it here. Please read notes on pictures. Will explain a lot. Read moreNever coming back here, bad experience and they didn't seem to care. I ordered a beef and cheddar but when I got home it was plain. I went back up and they did replace the sandwich but didn't give me new fries so I had to go back and eat cold nasty fries from an hour before. It's 15min drive there, 15min back so in total i spend an hour driving, wasting my gas. They did give me a coupon for a free slider but I'm sorry that doesn't replace my time and gas spent. I prolly wouldn't have cared as much if I didn't have a 4month old screaming baby I was dealing with the whole time. I just wanted to get food, go home, put him down for a nap, eat and pump some milk and they totally ruined my afternoon by giving me a plain sandwich that I spent $10 on the meal for and had to eat the fries cold :( I did call corporate and they are sending me a coupon in the mail for a free meal which I do appreciate, that will make up for the gas and time I wasted to go back up there...which I'll never do again. But holy moly! The Bacon Ranch Wagyu Steakhouse Burger was delicious! Of course fast food will never look as it does in the advertising- but it was delicious! That’s why I didn’t even get a photo.
What made it such a great experience is that I ordered the mac and cheese- if anyone has had Arby’s mac and cheese you know it’s soooo good. But because I’m not an Arby’s regular- I didn’t know it was SEASONAL! I ordered random different items at the drive thru because I didn’t know what I wanted to replace the mac and cheese with. LOL! I got to the window and they all asked each other and found out that the m&c comes back in January.
