Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Windsor

So the visit started with the waitress asking for our drink ordered that we had to repeat 3 times. She told us she was new so we cut her some slack and joked with her. 20 minutes later someone else brought us the drinks and no sign of our waitress. She finally came back and asked if she took our order, again we assumed she was new so, again no big deal. Took our order and we asked if the salad could come out before the meal. And the response was "I don't think so, the cook makes it all together". Again, odd, but whatever. Salad ended up coming out slightly early, I mean about 1 min early and missing the dressing. She took it back to get the dressing, but never returned. Food comes out and the portion sides are ridiculously small, especially for the prices. But it tasted pretty good so we'll survive. But one of the meals were missing the chips and salsa. She assured that it didn't come with chips and we asked her to check the menu, she thought for a second and said she'll go get some chips. We ate and we waited and waited and waited. Guess what, no chips but the salad finally came out after we finished eating. We gave up on the chips and asked for the check. She took my card and said she would wrap the chips to go since they never came out. Than another waitress showed up with the chips. We told her our waitress was wrapping then up for us and she looked confused and walked away. A few minutes later the manager shows up and apologizes for the mix up and told us he wrapped the chips to go as a sorry, yup you read that right. Then our waitress comes by to apologize and proceeded to tell us that she sent the manager over so we wouldn't think she was a horrible waitress, she blamed the kitchen staff and then told us that's she's the best one they have. So, I hope you followed all that because we sure didn't. We left shaking our heads and we're totally confused on what just happened. Long story short we went for dinner and somehow got dinner and a show but neither we're with the price or hassle. I would not recommend this place until they get their act together. First time I have been to this location.. however my colleagues go often because it is right down the road from their office. Place was clean and service was good. Food was good..only complaint was that we had 3 orders of 12 wings and an order of 18. The amount of chicken was the exact same. The 18 pieces were literally 3/4 of the size from the 12's. Negatives..when we asked the waiter what the Thur wing special was..he said "it was half price boneless wings" come to find out it's really .65 each wings which makes about a $2 different per order. $2 time 4 people is about $8 that we hadn't planned on paying when ordering. Also, one of the beers we order was suppose to be comped because the keg was tapped and we only got about 3/4 of a glass. However we were charged for it initially.

On the positive..I thought the bill was high (husband paid without looking while I was in the restroom). So I called the restaurant after we left to have them relook at the bill. Female answerd the phone and was very nice and helpful. She went over the bill with me and that's when we found the issue with the beer and after talking to our waiter who made a mistake and forgot to take it off the bill she was able to fix that for me. This is also when I found out about the price difference in the wings..and while I did mention it she didn't offer a credit/refund/adjustment (even though she confirmed with waiter that he did say it was half price). I do feel scammed/shady business and like I said we wouldn't have ordered what we did had we known the correct price.

I ordered take out with the app. The ordering was easy. They track and tell you when your order will be ready. They said my order would be ready at 6:10. I arrived at 6:12 and waited until 6:35 for my order. When it arrived the server opened all the boxes to make sure everything was correct. Among other things I had ordered crispy chicken tacos with just salsa and cilantro. When he opened the box there were 4 flat tortillas with chunks of chicken scattered about and a tub of salsa. When I questioned this order, which by the way, bore no resemblance to the picture, he said I'll take it back and have them "reassemble them" He said most people get the barbecue ranch dressing so I said great and he gave me a container of it. When I got the order home we discovered that they had not included the two orders of blue cheese and carrots and celery that I had requested. I do take partial responsibility because I didn't notice that they were missing. And unfortunately the crispy chicken was stone cold. So cold in fact that I was wondering if it was a cold chicken dish. When I looked at the ticket the answer was revealed. On the ticket it said that order was finished at 6:22 but I was given the order at 6:35, which explains cold. So now the good news. I took the uneaten tacos back and spoke with the manager and discussed my concerns. He was gracious enough to give me a full refund. Great customer service. Just be very careful and double check you order to make sure it is complete and hot. Unless you are getting...
