Pizza Rama — Restaurant in Windsor

When they are suppose to close at 10pm, they actually will close at 9. It’s been a few times I called there just after 9pm to order for pick up and they will totally ignore their phone and let it ring. I could see if it was like 9:50pm. But no, The last time it happen I called twice at like 9:15p and 9:20pm, all I wanted was fries and I was already across the street. When they didn’t answer I’m like let me pull up and order in person, and maybe see why they never answer the phone when there’s plenty of time left to order food. I pull in, lights are open and the sign said OPEN…. all the employees are inside just chillin. And as soon as I open my car door to get out, they shut off the lights when they clearly saw me and it was only 9:25, it wasn’t even close to 10 pm. If you’re not gonna stay open until 10 then change your hours posted. Or at least answer the phone and say sorry we are closing early tonight. They have ignored me constantly. Their pizza isn’t even good I just wanted some fries that’s it. I actually had already ordered pizza from somewhere else bc their pizza is nasty anyway. I...

They just lost a customer today...i ordered online paid with my card forgot to add a 2 liter of soda so i called them right away asked if they could add that to my order got told that it would be charged to my card the woman asked me 3 times what kind of soda i told her 3 times 2 liter of Sprite when the guy delivers its not a 2 liter of sprite its a 2 liter of sierra mist i told him that i said a 2 liter of sprite he said no that she wrote it down sierra mist i wasnt gonna argue so i told him that it was ok and waa about to go in my house with the food when he told me i owe him money for the soda i said she told me it would be charged with my card he said no it wasnt so i handed him the soda back said i dont have cash thats why i paid with card I requested extra tatar sauce for my fried clams i was given 3 packets and no ketchup for my French fries Their food use to be good and they never messed up before but now this is the 4th time they messed up with my order im...

There is always an issue with the delivery. Though the delivery is usually the quickest, their food is not the best. I've ordered from here for the past 2 years and tonight is my last time ordering. I ordered a chicken sandwich, the chicken was so gummy and did NOT taste like chicken. It was hard to chew. Not only this, I thought let me take a bite off my cake since it has been such a long day. THE CAKE IS FROZEN!!!!! I am telling you, this was the worst experience ever. When I called to ask, they just said " We don't usually sell cakes often, if you would have asked we would have warmed it up in the microwave..." Ummm no thank you. Why would I even consider eating a warm wet cake?

Before, I had been sold a MEDIUM RARE cheeseburger grinder. I did not ask for Medium Rare. I had also been sold cheesecakes that have gone bad and without a fork.

The phone staff are not that friendly neither. And the food is too expensive for what they...
