Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Winfield

Tonight I was served a double chesse burger, only mayo and onions, first thing I feel when I pull it out of the bag was a bun so hard that I couldnt even tear off any of it. Second thing there was enough mayo on it for atleast 4 burgers. Iv worked in restaurants for most of my life, that bun had to be sitting out for a while to become that hard. I understand it was almost closing time and everyone was ready to go home, the drive thru window worker could've held her excitement in a little..... My husbands order is always wrong hes constantly having to go back in n have yall fix it. He dosnt have a long work break, spend a most if it getting his food..... very angry I couldnt even eat something after working my own shift..... May need to rethink your...

My complaint is with the workers. (My experience it has mostly been young teenagers). I don't go to jacks all that much, but every single time I have been to this one in the past year or two, most of the workers I have seen there are not friendly whatsoever. The last several times I have went there, they will just look at me and not say a word. I always tell them thank you and am polite, and they just stare like I'm crazy and don't say anything. Not trying to make a big deal out of nothing and I understand having a bad day, but when this has happened pretty much every time I have come here and they don't say a word, I just think it's rude and bad...

I have been coming to this location every Sunday for over three years and ordering the same meal at the drive through: fried chicken dinner with fries, slaw, and a large sweet tea. In the last several weeks the service and quality has significantly degraded. The two times that I actually waited for my food I waited for well over 20 minutes in line. The other three times I left after waiting 30+ minutes before even getting to the microphone and then was told it was going to be a 45 minute wait for chicken on one occasion and a 20 minute wait on another occasion.
