Dreadful. I ordered some fabric to make masks during this covid pandemic, one of the fabrics I ordered wasn't available, despite the website saying it was when I paid. They email a week after ordering sayong my order is on hold, Not super excited to find out I paid for merchandise they didn't actually have, but whatever, I said swap it for another similarly priced item. Another week goes by and I've not received any shipping info, so I email seeking that info. And I get a response showing it to have shipped an hour or so after I asked about it. Clearly they had forgotten to ship my products, and got it sent AFTER I inquired about it. I then got an email saying it was in transit, blah blah blah. But not once did they offer a partial refund, or any sort of compensation for products i should've already gotten. In addition, they have a name for the physical store, and a different name for the online store, to make it more complicated to leave bad reviews when they provide lousy customer service. Will be avoiding them in the future
Update: rather than accepting responsibility for selling products they didnt actually have in stock. I got an email accusing me of "trying to slam" theyre business Making excuses for inept business doesn't fly in a free trade world. Will never order with them again, and will be talking to my bank about disputing charges as the order was NOT shipped in the 1 to 2 day time frame promised, nor was correspondence sent regarding them taking my money for producta they did not have. Also, the box arrived today horribly packed, and damaged. Never again.

After several emails that went unanswered regarding custom pillows, I called your business and told the woman who answered the phone that I would appreciate a call or email with a simple response - can your company make four pillows for me - or are you too slammed with new business? I told her if you all were too busy, no worries. Just please communicate. I was taken aback that she did not try to solve my issue, and quite frankly, in my honest opinion, was a little hostile.
