Taco Bell — Restaurant in Winnebago Township

I really hate posting negative reviews. I am naturally a positive person and would rather share happy memories. That being said, the first time I went through the drive thru, they got my order of over $40 wrong. This was not figured out until we got home and since we live over 20 minutes away, there was no way I was driving back on the same day. But, I did call the manager and was told it would be replaced, written in the book, and I wrote down her name and kept hold of the receipt so there would be no problems. Two days later, however, we did return. I was given a hard time about what would be replaced, then we waited at the window for over 15 minutes while the prepared 3 items, only to get home to find them ALL prepared incorrectly. Now, after I've spoken to another manager, I get to return and hopefully they will get it right the third time... But, third times a charm, right?

Went thru drive thru today and I swear the young man taking my order, collecting money and then issuing me my order didn't have any teeth nor a tongue. Not a, Can I take your order, not a enjoy your food, not a thank you which I didn't expect anyway..nadda zip but he did toss the bag at me and quickly shut the window. Winnebago must be below the bottom of the barrel hiring lazy individuals like this. These kids are making $15 an hour, its time they learn a few things about business educate, food service and customer service. No one interviewed this kid before he got hired no way in hell. Food sucked like it always does I'd expect...

Could only order using the Kiosk which was time consuming. Took forever to get our food once we placed our order and they were not busy at all. They spent most of their time correcting previous orders. My wife never did get her bottled water we paid for. Their ice machine was empty so my son and I drank room temperature ice tea and soda from the dispenser. Never got my receipt that the kiosk said would email to me. One employee standing in parking lot talking on cellphone. Maybe they were on break...who knows. On a positive note, the food was good although very expensive for what we got. Probably will not...
