Dont be stingy on the meat add more meat increase the menu price $1 the older folk might complain make a senior menu for those that can't eat much. When someone new walks in don't ask them if you can help them instead greet them not everyone will know its seat yourself. Go over the menu and customize it 3 to 4 burgers a few salads add tacos as well as somthing saucey like a pasta somthing easy you can pre portion with pre cooked noodles heat and serv. and some type of fish use a smaller cheap fryer you can buy on the cheap for the fish and a separate cutting board for cross contamination.
