Biscuitville — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

This place was terrible. I didn't have much money this day maybe less than $5 the cheese biscuit was the cheapest thing I could afford. I told the guy I wanted the cheapest biscuit they have which was a cheese biscuit. I paid over $2 for the biscuit with the cheese just thrown on there and cold at that. The whole biscuit was cold. I spoke to the manager told him the situation and he had a attitude with me and said there is no way to make the sandwich warm he said they have no microwave. I'm thinking does everyone get treated like this. I was thinking that biscuitville was a GREAT place to eat in the past. To put it shorter I gave back the food he tried handing me and told him sorry to cause him to actually work and told him just to keep the money. ONLY FOR A COLD SANDWICH THAT WAS LESS THAN $5. I just want to apologize to the owner that he had such bad service there from the workers and manager setting the example that I will never...

Dry biscuit, cold and old turkey sausage, cold hard hash browns. Not a good breakfast. 😡

Came back today. To give them another try. They forgot one of my Turkey sausage biscuits and the one I did get - the biscuit is hard. 🙄

I left this review two years ago, but another reason I stopped going here was because I saw the individual that they had making the biscuits. He was an extremely hairy man. Here’s the deal, are they the best fast food biscuits in town? Yeah, they really are. But do they have the most creative- and constantly updating- biscuit menu in town? Yeah, ok, they’ve got that too.

But here’s the REAL thing… genuinely the nicest workers in the business. I know the chicken place across the street has the reputation (and they do alright, no complaints there), but Biscuitville in general - and specifically this location- has the nicest people in any drive through I’ve ever experienced.

I don’t care how crappy your morning is off to, swing by this place and you’ll leave with some great food...
