The food used to be ok! The customer service will hinder the taste of the food. No matter how good the food bad service is always a DEAL BREAKER to a decent customer. You call in and still have to wait! I've doubled the time that they said it would take and the food has never been ready! It's almost like they start plucking the feathers off the chicken when you remind them that you are there... WAITING!! FOR A LONG TIME! No mater what size large or small the rice is always miniature. Asked about the fact that the rice is the same size on large and small. My last visit I got home and my sweet and sour chicken was just crust..no chicken I had to return it (guess I shouldn't have questioned the rice). On top of waiting all day. When you call they don't ask your name so that is an indication that it won't matter because you will have to order again when you get there. In the past, I have been hung up on when calling in a order before, when I asked if he was aware that he hung up on me his excuse was that he was busy! Not busy making my order of course, nor writing it down. That's not the way to retain customers, just hire help! Hire customer oriented help. This is the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten at. I ordered a General Tso's chicken combo and an egg drop soup. The soup was fine, but that's the highest praise I can give this place. My chicken and fried rice looked like your general Chinese takeout stuff, but as I started eating I found a whole shrimp under a piece of chicken. After some excavation I noticed multiple shrimp throughout my dish. Why were there shrimp? The description of the dish did not include shrimp, and I cannot eat shrimp so I wouldn't have ordered this in the first place if shrimp had been a intended component. Also, from the few bites I was able to have I didn't really care for the taste, the sauce was a too sweet and all the chicken was congealed into a weird blob. My meal came with an eggroll too, which I took one bite of before throwing it away because I couldn't tell what was in it. Everything except the soup is now in the trash, and I'm still hungry. I go there and get the general chicken which comes with pork fried rice. Broccoli and egg roll. Very delicious. They have a wide variety of Chinese food selection. So many it would be hard to name them all here. Clean restroom and restaurant. Has tables and a high chair for a baby. Ask for Winn he is a great guy. It is a small place but good for a quick meal.
