We ordered our food on the Little Caesar's app so that we would not have to wait when we got there. The app said our food would be ready at 6:51. Well we got there at 6:50 and there were 3 employees out back smoking cigarettes. There was one car in front of us.The woman running the drive thru asked us for the name on the order and told us to pull around. It took them until 7:00 to take car of the other car. I'm thinking no big deal that just gave them a little bit more time to button up our order. We pull up to the drive thru window and she asks us for our name again. Then proceeds to tell us to pull up it's going to be another 5 to 7 minutes before our food is ready. No we apologize for the inconvenience. Nothing was said after she asked us to pull up. So we pull up and wait a full 7 minutes before our food is brought out to us. The same woman in the drive thru brought it out and said "here you go". Not a happy "here you go" more like an I hate you for coming here "here you go." So let's just say it was by no means a good or even a mediocre experience. DO NOT EAT HERE. They make the pizzas when they want to and do not care about you as a customer. Customer service is terrible here me and my family will gladly drive the extra 5 minutes to the Kernersville location even if it's just to avoid the woman in the drive...
Read morei had my daughter place an online order and the location we thought we had called said it was at the Waughtown location. He called their to reassure us that was where he had called. When we arrived the orders had to be placed at the drive in due to the Covid-19. We drove around and two girls didn't greet us very kindly. They ask my name and proceeded to state our order was not at this location. Then they kept saying drive back around the building and how did the other store know what place the order was at. They slammed the window in our face twice and than said drive around again. I told her I just wanted my pizzas. They we're raising their voices and I finally told them I wouldn't order a pizzas there anyway after being spoken to that way. As I was driving off one of the girls called me a B----------word. I drove back to Walkertown and the guy called Corporate office for me. I did speak to the regional at Walkertown and she kept apologizing and reassured me I would receive a call. Read moreI have worked in and around pizza for over 20 years. I consider myself well schooled in pizza-ology! The Little Caesars Deep Dish product is very competitive with other establishments. My wife and I always have it made to order and I ALWAYS put it in a hot bag to transport it. Our typical favorite is half pepperoni/half bacon . Sometimes with bread-sticks, sometimes not. This particular establishment is usually spot on with regards to sauce/cheese/toppings ratios. They have a VoIP phone system that really needs help....sometimes when I try to call, they can't even understand an order, so I usually just go inside to order when I arrive. This is the fault of ownership, not the staff, so this unit still gets 5 stars. As with all pizza places, most issues regarding product come down to management and how the product is made. Sure, you can make a pizza in under a minute, but is it worthy to go in the box when it comes out the end of the oven? And, I always look at what they box up, just to make sure it's right.
