2024: Food and service has improved from previous reviews. There have been a few incidents where an item has been missing or amount of food given was less than usual. Owner will always makes sure to give me the best food and service possible. AC issues have improved. Place could use a deep clean. Previous review: Best authentic food in the region. HOWEVER, took 45 minutes to get my order and it was LUKE WARM at best. Update 6/15: Still my go to for Hispanic food in area. Employees are super friendly. I have to stand there while they make my food and/or check my order before I leave because it will be wrong and or missing items. It is extremely hot in the store recently. The nice lady who took my order was wiping down what looked like a salad bar and wiping sweat off...

We order to go from here all the time and normally it is on point and really good. Well, today we ordered Chori Pollo, Tacos de Asada, and a Torta Cubana. The tacos and the torta were okay but not the best, but the chori pollo was so bad. The chicken was dry and stiff, the rice was old and overcooked, the only decent thing on the plate were the beans and they were from a can. Overall we are very disappointed with this as we have ordered this specific plate from them multiple times before and it was delicious.
