Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

Saturday evening 01/08/22 I ordered a supreme pizza and apple pies from Pizza Hut on Waughtown St. in Winston Salem N.C. 27107 . The order was complete at 7:30pm or so , after 9pm I started to get alittle concerned about my order which showed on my phone app it had been made and was out for delivery around 9:30pm maybe. After 10pm I called the store , inquired about my order and was told it has been cancelled but I was not given a reason why. The order had been brought out but not delivered , the driver had my cell number but did not call. I had ordered pizza from this store before so I'm not understanding what happened on this delivery and no one tried to explain why the driver failed to do his/her job. I had a hungry family sitting here waiting on Pizza Hut to delivery our dinner and it does not show up after 3 hours and no one tells you why! I need to know what happened and how Pizza Hut failed me and my family ??? NOT GOOD AT ALL...

Poor customer service by this store and the manager! This Pizza Hut is one you want to STAY AWAY from! My pizza was orders over the phone and when I got there to pick it up, it was incorrect! The manager (a man named Thomas - so he said but was not telling the truth) said well this is your order after telling him it was not! He did not want to make it over either! Needless to say— I won’t be going back there anyway! No employee in the store had any anything on their hands while making pizza… and might as well mention, the manager had blunt in his back pocket- easily viewable! I guess it’s easy to say… he had other things he wanted to do- other than make pizza! Let me add the manager was argumentative, rude and very disrespectful! STAY AWAY! DON’T SAY I...

THE LEAST THEY COULDVE DONE WAS CALL AND INFORM ME IT WOULD BE ALMOST A 2 HOUR WAIT!!!!! (but they didn’t) I placed my order for delivery at 7:19. I’m only 4 minutes from the store but don’t have a working vehicle, after 1hr 45min my pizza was delivered not even hot or fresh, can tell it’s been sitting under a heat rack for a long time. I won’t be ordering from here again i understand being low on drivers or whatever the issue was, but this is only the second time i’ve ordered from here and it took just as long the first time. it’s upsetting when you haven’t ate all day and spent $25 for a pizza that wasn’t even edible. half a slice of pizza is all i ate today bc i genuinely couldn’t...
