Los Primos Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

If you’re looking for good food and great service, I recommend you drive down to el triunfo near northpoint or maybe even cuchifrito in waughtown. We stopped by “Los primos” because el triunfo was closed today, and it was bad from the moment we sat down. After seating ourselves (which is normal) & the restaurant was empty, we waited about 10 minutes for anyone to show up, he got our drinks then waited an additional 30-40 minutes for our food (basic orders), while others who arrived a while after us were being served first, after receiving our food (at completely different times) all orders on our table were incorrect, not warm, and it seems like they reuse the same oil. The server seemed annoyed & like he didn’t know what he was doing, we left the food on the table, got up and just went to the register. Wasted a hour of our day and $50 for nothing. A nice lady was having trouble with the register, and she asked our same server for help about 4 times but he just didn’t acknowledge her at all. After a while, I was able to just help her myself and we figured it out together. I never rate anywhere, but this experience was just too much. When I first moved here from New York and I found this spot, I was in love. The pizza tasted just like home. It was delicious! Down to that amazing sauce on the pizza. When my family from New York come down, this is the pizza I get and they even said, this pizza is good! For the 2 yrs I've been living in Winston, I've only spent my hard working money at this spot. Lately the pizza has been trash. I started receiving pizza with barely (very little) sauce on it. It just taste like dough and cheese. Their putting a lot less Pepperoni's on my pizza, which is the topping I always pay for. Biting into a slice is different because there's no sauce. I've come back several times after the pizza started changing, and I ask them to make sure you put enough sauce. THAT'S what makes a good pizza (some good sauce!). I just bought it again today, and this will be my last time spending my money there. I understand products may have gone up some, but you don't want to loose your customers in the process because you're changing the way the food taste. Smh 😡🗑️.. first we ordered online.. then we get a message saying our order was canceled the money would be refunded later. I called customer service and told them what was going on and asked why we couldn't get our food. I also received a message that said that they were very busy.. customer service went and fixed the issue.. so as my husband walk in I noticed it's been awhile, so I walk in and my husband is standing there waiting to be helped helped...AS THE GREETER CONTINUED TO HAVE A CONVO WITH A FRIEND LIKE WE DIDN'T EXIST.. the lady that was at the desk said oh you can just go sit somewhere🙄 I said that was rude you didn't even ask him what he was here for and that's not what we're here for we have an online order..
