Overall this is genuinely a great shop to stop at, although the lady working the cash register today on Saturday May 30th, 2020 around 3:00 was extremely rude! With the covid going on they have a big plexi glass in front of the register for obvious reasons and I could not for the life of me understand what that girl was saying especially over the blenders going and just the target background noise. She was so over the top annoyed she had to repeat herself 2x, I felt like a newsense to her and my business wasn’t really appreciated. Specific to this location, the lines are quite often long but move fast. Orders are accurate. Staff seems friendly. As for the company in whole, I'm disappointed they removed the sugar free cinnamon dolce syrup, all that leaves is the sugar free vanilla. I'm also not a fan of the paper straws they started using, they disintegrate before you can finish your drink! Have to carry your own straws now. Also they seem to be out of the ingredients to make their seasonal drinks, I know there are supply chain issues but considering these are seasonal it would be wise to make sure you can get the ingredients for the...

Maybe it was the time of the year, as it was close to Christmas, or the girl was just having a bad day. But the one and ONLY time I have been to this particular Starbucks, one of the ladies working there was downright rude. I made it a point to speak to her and she flat out ignored me.
