Two stars because my drive-up order was stolen in the store (so minus the first star for the orders being kept in an unsecure location), then they were not able to refill my total order because they did not have everything I needed, just one of three items were available. The associate who came to talk to me told me I had to accept the order in full anyway (minus the second star for that - I should never have to sign to acknowledge I received something I didn't.) and told me they were searching to see if there were other things, but left without explaining the full return process. So I left the store, apparently I should have remained and gotten the employee to do more stuff to "accept" my never received return order. (The third star was removed for the associate not giving me the time or effort to explain the return process to me.)
I left two stars because it is ultimately the thief's fault and other associates did look for replacement items for me. But overall, not a great experience because the orders were not secure and there was subpar customer service for the experience I had - both in having to accept an order I didn't receive and for not giving me a full explanation and helping me for the "return." I have attempted to call the store to resolve the issue once getting home and no one answers the phone. It keeps ringing with no end once I choose to talk to someone from the order...
Read moreI tried to call ahead to see if an item I wanted was in stock because I know that online isn't always right and was hung up on before I could even ask. I decided to drive to this store even though it was 25 minutes away because my normal Target said that the item was out of stock for them and this store was supposed to have two. I went knowing that I might walk out empty handed. When I got there they did have them in stock. I went to checkout and tried to pricematch it from another retailer that I have pricematched to before. The employee, incredulously asked what the item was and then said she couldn't pricematch it from the website. Even though every other Target I've ever been to in my life has been able to do that for me. She was extremely rude and judgmental of me from the moment she started talking to me. I work in retail, and I wouldn't leave this review if I didn't feel so strongly about this. I ended up leaving without the item because the pricematch would have saved me 50% off the item in question. Every other employee here was great, but this interaction soured my day. It’s really weird to have your secret shoppers obviously looking beneath my newborns stroller and walking past the Easter CLEARANCE aisle multiple times while I’m browsing, just to check out next to me, and your “secret shopper” only bought a single hygiene product. It’s very obvious y’all are watching us when these events take place and y’all literally all wear red. Also I don’t think I’d be shopping in the EASTER CLEARANCE if I wanted to steal. Ain’t nobody tryna pay full price for the same candy 2 aisles over. Me and my husband work very hard for what we have and today was a lucky day for us bc we NEVER have off the same days off. Yall have a big store but apparently if we “go to far”or “look at to many things” we look suspicious? YALL HAVE A BIG STORE!!!! Yall made me so uncomfortable I went home and didn’t even want to go back out. All that time watching me, just to spend 100 dollars at the register all while y’all let the actual stealers and criminals get away. Thanks for ruining my day.
