I went to Miller's at around 10 PM on a Thursday evening. Besides the two bartenders, I only observed two other people there who were on the couch where one was lying down sleeping. I don't know if they were customers or employees. When the bartender approached me, I asked for a bottle of non-alcoholic Heineken beer. I was shocked to hear that Miller's doesn't sell ANY non-alcoholic bottled beer?! I then exited the establishment and drove across the street to a place called Little John's Tavern where I received friendly service and was served a couple non-alcoholic bottles of beer, while sitting on a comfortable couch watching the Philadelphia Eagles-Dallas Cowboys game with other customers. The next day I called Miller's to speak with the Manager/Owner to inquire why they don't sell non-alcoholic beer, but I was greeted by a sterile AI greeting, which robotic response could not answer my question or respond to my second inquiry to speak with the Manager/Owner. I called again on another day and got the same AI greeting that I couldn't bypass to speak with a live person. As a new establishment, Miller's needs to hear all valuable feed back from new prospective customers. Hence, I'll now post it on this customer review website to educate them that a strong and accelerating trend of people are reverting to non-alcoholic drinks primarily motivated by wellness and driving impairment concerns. Recent polls/surveys support the number of U.S. adults who consume alcohol has fallen to approximately 54%. Is it your theory that intoxicated customers...
Read moreI don't even know where to start. It was all so bad. It's like the staff have never been to any other bar or restaurant in their life. SERVICE/ Was laughable. Had a small group and should have known it would be bad when they sat us down and gave 2 menus for the whole table. I had to ask for basically everything multiple times, including 2 meals and multiple drinks we ordered. Those meals came finally after everyone else finished. Some drinks never even came. We gave up after asking repeatedly and asked to remove them from the bill. They needed a manager to do that, and they were not around, so they promised to do it the next day (lol wtf). FOOD/ was okay; I'd say it was not worth the price plus service. ATMOSPHERE/ nothing like a shopping place's bright lighting instead of what a usual bar/restaurant has in mood lighting. It was like drinking a beer in the Ace next door. Sports bar, haha they have their TVs like a foot lower on the wall than the super high ceiling; like, picture someone putting a TV over their fireplace at home and you're like wow that's too high. Like that but mounted unhingedly higher. I will say I was VERY entertained with the overall terrible vibe and service and how they just kept delivering...
Read moreI went on a Sunday for the first time, it wasn’t terribly crowded. I was playing pool. I wanted to order a drink so after sitting at the bar, waiting on someone to take my order I flagged the bartender down. She told me to wait a few minutes and she would take care of me. She asked if I had a tab open. I told her I did not then she asked if I wanted to open one and I said that that would be fine. So within a few minutes, she asked me to wait people came up to the bar ordered drinks and received those drinks. Finally, I saw her counting bottles and got the attention of the Guy who I assumed was a manager or owner of the establishment Who then asked what drink did I want, I replied an amaretto sour. He said, give us a minute and we’ll get it made. I waited a few minutes and after watching three people behind the bar make various drinks I decided to leave. On my way out I got the manager’s attention long enough to say thank you but no thank you To which he didn’t even acknowledge...
