White Castle — Restaurant in Winter Garden

HONEST REVIEWER HERE! Today 9/29/25, I ordered 14 burgers. Two number 1’s both with (I wish onion rings) (they only sell onion chips) or some sort of knock off to save them money. Anyway, back to the main issue, I will talk more about the o ion rings later…. I went through the drive-through I put my order in. I said can I please have two number ones one with a root beer and one with an unsweetened iced tea extra pickles, extra ketchup on all the burgers please then I ordered six sliders extra pickles, extra ketchup as well please the person on the other end who took my order confirmed it repeated fine perfect thank you you have a good day. Also, I ordered mozzarella sticks just to throw that in there and I wanted a three-piece, but they only sold five and I think like seven, which normally when you went to White castles in Jersey or the metropolitan area or along the East Coast do you know they offer you three whatever anyway I go and I pay with my card and I tell the guy I said as I give him my card, he says you know like 30 something dollars and I’m like OK like high and 30 almost 40 bucks. Just say I gave him my card and he’s like did you find everything OK? I said no I said I want extra pickles extra ketchup on my burgers, I don’t know why I had to repeat it to the lady like twice that I want an extra pickles extra ketchup and he said oh we don’t do that here that’s a that’s a New York thing he said to me, I looked at him. I was like New York thing like what are you talking about New York thing I said that’s a white castle thing and he said OK and whatever he gave me my receipt in my receipt said extra pickles extra ketchup, great I’m happy took a sip of my iced tea. You got my iced tea at the next window. OK got my bag of food. The lady throws in there some condiments, ketchup, and marinara sauce because it’s sitting out there on the side of their building in Claremont as a drive-through she just like grabs some and she throws it in there to give me my order so I finally get home and I live about 40 minutes away so I popped the burgers in the microwave real quick like not even 30 seconds like maybe like whatever it was low and behold There’s no ketchup on the damn hamburgers so they turn like eating cardboard from the microwave. There was no moisture whatsoever on the burgers, and there was no extra pickle to make it moisture. You know when you have to have these burgers they have to have moisture they were like dry. I felt like it was eating wood chips or something so they messed up. They should’ve gave me extra pickle extra ketchup that’s what was marked on their extra pickle, extra ketchup, they did not make me so mad. I don’t even understand why they can’t follow an order extra pickle extra ketchup take two seconds. I see that they have a score of 3.6 in their review reviews I can honestly tell you I can see that score going lower because they do not follow customers request also if their white castle they should be selling things that white castle sells they should not be selective of white white castle cells. Onion rings is a staple Product of white castles it’s either the french fries or the onion rings. There was no such thing as onion, crisp or onion chips or onion pieces or onion scraps in the bottom of the deep fryer we want onion rings put the onion rings back on. Maybe your score might go up to four also put ketchup when people want ketchup what’s the point of like making a white castle if you don’t put ketchup on the burger just saying made me...

Drive thru gave order and gave card to pay and scan member ID upon return the cashier charge my card for someone else order. Manager Dee was advised. She approached our car saying I corrected it and that was all no refund receipt when asked she became nasty unprofessional. She said it’s on my desk when she never went into her office. My card was overcharged. Food presented at next window and I realize they had missing item fish slider, cold onion rings and chicken rings under cooked food. Dee as she claim her name is came over to the car and with her hand asked what’s wrong with the food. I advise the food under cooked and missing items. She used her hand to remove the 1 fish slider from the beat up box and smashed bread. She starts saying well where is the food I advise her it wasn’t in the bag my order missing items. She became arrogant unprofessional and starts yelling out of No Where well what you want I wanted my food. My spouse in the meantime telling me “Never will I bring you here again”, the manager hears my spouse and I talking and accused my spouse of disrespecting her. My wife never said anything to the manager because I was handling my missing food. Dee the so called manager became Loud Obnoxious and Rude Unprofessional starts yelling at us in the car saying “she will just banned us” for what. She over charged me, used my card for some stranger’s order. Never advised me that she over charged me. Failed to provide me with Refund Receipt, Out in the drive through yelling at a customer, snatched the food bag out of my hand and then taking care of other customer prior to providing me with a COMPLETE REFUND. She was advised by me that I would be contacting Corporate she saids well I need to Understand They are New and all of there employees are young only 16 and that I should more understanding that she has a staff that is young. I explained I have compassion for the youths working but will not accept her nasty unprofessional attitude yelling at me. There was no reason for her to be unprofessional. She needs customer service training 101 again and if in fact she is the manager at this location she really doesn’t need to be demoted. Serving undercooked Chicken Rings and food that isn’t properly packed will have reviews that aren’t good. I am a White Castle Person however after visiting this new location in Clermont Fl, they will never get my business here again. Orlando Fl location 💯 Satisfaction, NJ location 💯. Retrain, hire competent employees who are Managers are alleged to be manager. Finally Corporate has been contacted. Complaint File Service 0 Food ...

Went yesterday Thurs 8/14 around noon waited inside online about 15 mins & then another 15 mins to receive food. Drive thru was as bad or even worse than a Chik Fila! Ordered a sack of 10 cheeseburgers with no pickles so of course I get to the car & I get pickles which I literally despise. Burgers were honestly cold and must have been just sitting cooked previously as even the cheese was not at all melted. 3 stars because they just opened and were blown out crowded. Otherwise it would have been 2 stars! Disappointed due to such hype but letdown on cold bland burgers that just tasted like pickle! :-( Will give them another month.....retry and re-review to see if things improve! Update Went again Today Tues 8/27 around noon & wait was only 5 mins to order and about 10 more mins to get food. Ordered 5 reg sliders (no pickles add ketchup) & 5 sliders with cheese the same way and this time the sliders were hot & my order was correct having no pickles :-) My wife said the fries & the onion chips (don't know why they got rid of the legendary rings) were pretty much just meh but this time the sliders were much better so raising to 3.5 stars as sides still need to be Hotter & unfortunately still have that barely warm laying...
