We stopped by Mattress Warehouse to evaluate getting a new king size mattress, all of our life we have enjoyed a full size bed. We owned a Tempur-Pedic mattress and wanted another, albeit larger.

Evan met us as we entered and greeted us with a positive outlook but before he took us to the mattresses, he guided us to a mattress that would evaluate our body type.

I was initially hesitant as I saw it as a carnival prop and wasn’t interested in seeing my weight flash on a giant screen, have someone guess my occupation, or figure out my favorite sports team. Evan explain that sensors built into the bed would push against us while we lay on our back, later when we turned, and then when we got into our actual sleep positions. And it did just that. Simple, fun, and with an educational video to boot.

We purchased our last mattress a decade ago and Tempur-Pedic did not have many choices to select from then. Today there are countless variations on a theme. The assessment guided us to the mattress that we purchased. We sleep soundly on it.

Evan was helpful, never pushy, and answered all questions, including on financing options, in a respectful manner. We left confident that we made the right choice.

The mattress arrived as predicted, the movers were also professional and polite. They removed our old mattress and instantly John Denver sprang to mind:

Since the purchase, we have contacted Evan with point specific questions about the mattress, platform frame, if it would safely work in an adjustable frame, and need for a bunkie board. Evan responded quickly and took the time to impart service after the sale. When’s the last time you witnessed that?

Just as we were about to leave, she skillfully closed the deal by explaining their delivery policy and the bonus gifts included with my mother's purchase, making us feel even more confident in our decision.

Jennifer went above and beyond, even working some of her magic to get our mattress delivered within a short time frame so my mother could enjoy it sooner. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable.

Buying a mattress is a great deal at this location, but the Cons about buying from the company compared to Mattress Firm is that if your not happy with your mattress or any defects you DO NOT get any refunds or anything lesser when exchanging. They also threw in 2 free Temper Pedic pillows when purchasing a Tempur Pedic Mattress, but when receiving the pillows it had threading pulled in multiple places after sending pictures to Deborah the store manager in Clermont claims it’s excess threading and she wasn’t so pleasant and saying it’s new pillows I can’t replaced these pillows for you and will have to call Tempur Pedic company due to 7 year warranty. I’m very disappointed in the service provided due to not replying to the email showing the defects or reaching out to me for the outcomes and also going through GM District Manager JC who denied the pillow damages and not providing great customer service on this defect.
