It was the worst ran restaurant I've ever seen. I came in today and they told me I could only place an online order because the cashier called out. I thought okay, whatever, I'm already here. They had a total of 7 employees working including the manager. So not sure why they couldn't have someone else as a cashier. There were 2 people making food (when they weren't on their phones), 2 people making orders by the drive thru window, and 2 people stuffing bags of chips. There were already 80 to 100 bags already stuffed. There was also already food prepped at the line. I asked the manager why the 2 people bagging the chips couldn't make food out here and her response was that they didn't have the cashier. It was quite literally the lamest excuse I ever heard. She definitely needs more training. Everyone there was getting angry with her and her lack of trying something different to get orders flowing out the door. The icing on the cake was having a piece of cartilage in my food too. I don't think I'll ever be back at this store. I don't recommend anyone going there either. The other 2 chipotles close by are much...
Read moreOn 7/9/25 I come to chipotle at lunch time, let me say it again lunch time where its pretty much rush hour. There only one person serving people while everyone else is just chatting it up or standing there like the glued to the ground. I waited for like 8 people in front of me to get serve & when I come up to get my food these people have no meat at all and im saying it literally. One of the employee that came up to help I guess told the girl serving that there was honey chicken what I wanted in the drive thru & the lady literally said ooh we cant take from there no more. Like are you serving the customer or what ? Mind you the drive thru has no customer and with that being said what is the difference if I just went to the drive thru compare to just getting serve for going inside, im pretty sure the goal is to serve the customer no matter if going inside or drive thru. The only reason I didnt go to the drive thru is because my work truck wouldnt fit. This place just open up & the customer service is...
Read moreNice people, clean and bright environment. The only things I'd say is we came in midday like late afternoon and they were low on several of the items as if they were about to close. Also, they were doing small portions of everything. I've never seen so little sour cream and cheese placed in my bowl. Something was a bit aalty, too...maybe the fresh chicken they had just out out. The employees were fast and friendly, though. For a grand opening, this wasn't the experience I expected, but maybe the best was earlier in the day. Just a suggestion too: As someone who is extremely cautious of eating from places, it would be nice if this location would set an example and make it policy to wear some kind of masks if preparing and cooking food (of course I believe every place dealing with food should all wear them). Overall, I'm glad to have a Chipotle a bit closer! I'll definitely come back. I think I'll have a better experience next...
