I would like to start this off by saying I only write reviews on places that need it. If a place deserves five stars Iâm gonna give them five stars at a place deserves one star which is very seldom, Iâm gonna give them one star. I started off today thinking yeah letâs go to McDonaldâs ( idk why I thought âgood ideaâ). When I ordered my food on the app and went inside common I was faced with someone that asked what order I was there for, she said it in kind of a disrespectful way but I can understand the food service because Iâve worked in it for many years. I told her I had an online order in which she wanted to respond âcan you just give me the number âso I gave her the number⌠That whole interaction was rude. But I let it slip. She then handed me my suit and said nothing. I said thank you and walked away noticing that she said nothing. OK, great service. But that wasnât it. I forgot something in my order so I placed another mobile order and just did it through curbside so I wasnât bothering the same lady and I didnât get the same rude interaction as I did before. But you might surprise five minutes later comes walking out the same person. I roll down my window and she practically throws the food at me . I look at her surprise that sheâs already walking away and I yelled back at her thank you, she walks away shaking her head. So I back up slightly and say have a nice day, she proceeds to make a âmhmâ sound with a disgruntled face.    Read moreNever ever will i go to this McDonalds. Over the years I have had issues with this McDonalds. The managers have attitude problems which spread to the employees. A week ago Donna the so called manager refused my app order as she said she gave me a deal on my order. Um..i didnt ask her to give me a deal. Of course their kias was not working or i would have just used my app to order. So tonight i thought one more time. Well the last time now. I ordered Turtle sundae which is on their menu. Well its discontinued. Probably because they never had the ice cream machine up and running or closed it down early every night. So i ordered hot fudge sundae with half fudge and half carmel. I was charged $0.40. Now i never been charged extra in the past so now i am...no consistency. Oh charged $0.30 for whip cream. Cost more than the turtle sundae. I get to the pick up window and the gal gives me a big bag. Well i know its not my sundae and told her thats not my order. She was so confused .Had no idea what my ordee was. She then tells me to move up so they can take care of the orders behind me. I refused....seriously is my time less important than people behind me..what happen to customer service? I have a choice where i spend my money. Believe me i will tell as many people as i can not to do business at this McDonalds. I asked for owners phone number and everyone played stupid maybe they are stupud but they should know the owners phone number. I would love for the owners to contact me but i doubt they will..    Read moreOkay, I get it's Sunday morning, and everyone had a busy saturday. But if you are so damn tired and you move so slow, it's like dead lice could fall off you faster. It was not only VERY rude while taking my order in the drive thru, but when I got to the windows, I was asked to pull to the next window. That's fine because I now know why. The person that took my order gave me my order, and said "HERE". I checked the order. Well, low and behold. They forgot my sausage. Very politely, I asked the employee as she was slowly walking back in " Miss," she looking at me said, "" What?" I told her "I'm really sorry you dont like your job, but something was missing from the order." She said." I'm really tired. What is it you missing? I told her the sausage. She okay, walked back in long enough to get the sausage, came to the window and practically thru the bag at me, and shut the window. I get home and as I'm on the phone with the manager, telling her that she may want to let that poor girl go home and get some sleep, because she may be too tired walking to deliver a order to a car, and may get hit my a car or fall asleep walking. At that point, my husband said look there is a "HAIR IN MY FRAPPE! "" The manager apologized and askeded me to come back and she would replace the order. I told her no, that wouldll not be coming back. So they won't have to worry about messing up one more persons order.
