I have frequented this subway many times, and the service is poor, to say the least, 2 employee Kriesten was busy making online orders, phone is always ringing and i have never seen it answered, anytime I have visited this subway. Employee Amber proceeded to take metal carts, ect.... out back as we stand at the counter, after waiting approximately 6 minutes I asked if we could get a sandwich, which she replied with a vague "ya" Employees are never friendly, smiling, or even say hello when walking through the door. I told the worker I wanted one toasted..nope that didn't happen there was not even enough chicken to cover the bottom of the sandwich was spread out and still bad..along with ranch belongs on this sandwich...well it's the driest sandwich I've ever had...the worker sure didn't want to listen to what I wanted or how I wanted my sandwich...thanks to one worker being in a rush and not caring about the customer's I will not be returning to Winthrop subway...thanks for the worst sandwich...

Called the store and was told that it only comes with 4 meatballs and I got 8 so I got the extra. Well, that's not how it's described on the website. It clearly states it comes with 8 meatballs.
