Awful! Ordered on line expecting items to be ready. Not. Even started! I understand they had a large order but in no way did they bother to let me know...the worst was yet to come. I asked how long and was told a couple of minutes. I had a 6" hot sandwich which was done and left open faced on the counter while my two "chopped" salads were being made. He took out the bowls to chop my salads and was told by an associate that he didn't need to do that since it wasn't on the order. I asked what he was doing and he said it wasn't on the order....here I was right in front of him asking for it and he said it wasn't on the slip! HELLO, a customer is right in front of you asking for it to be chopped!! After referring to the slip for the 3rd time saying it didn't say chopped and seeing my now cold meatball sandwich still open on the counter, I walked out. I'm sure I'll never get that money back but I'll certainly never visit that Subway again! Update: I was contacted via phone and email to address my issue. My main goal was to let the owner of the store know they had an issue, they obviously do care about the service of their business so hopefully letting them know there was an issue will work to resolve this. Read morePlaced a mobile order at 8 after checking the hours online and seeing they were open until 9:30. Order was confirmed and completed, or so I thought. I arrive at the exact time of pickup to see a dark store, clearly closed and an employee driving from around the back. I look on the door and see "updated hours" which also say open until 9:30. Very frustrated I leave and call the number to leave a message. Phone doesn't work apparently and the website is no help, so I go in the next day to get a refund. After I explain to the employee what happened she says, "Yeah we close at 8 now," like it's no big deal. If you are going to advertise you are open until 9:30 not just online but on your door, why close at 8 and continue to accept online orders? I was given a refund although the tip I left was not given back. The owner is also no help, after contacting him he apologized and said he would address this issue. The barrier between customers and the guy making the sandwiches was covered in dust, dirt, and old food smudges, like they had thrown meat against it from behind and just left it that way, it clearly hasn't been cleaned in a VERY long time, atop the barrier was a huge housefly happily sitting like a mascot, not a care in the world the subway employee oblivious to its presence. The vegetables in the bins looked old and wilted some of the lettuce even looked slightly brown. While sitting at the cleanest of the dirty tables in the dining room I noticed our mascot wasn't the only fly for there were at least half a dozen more flying around the dining room and in the the windows.
