Chip's Hamburgers of Wisconsin Rapids — Restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids

Food is really good. Been going there for most of my life. But last night I went there with my family and the food was cold, the order was wrong, and we didn't get the bacon we were supposed to get on two of the burgers. One of them was also missing lettuce. I've never had such a bad experience there . I would recommend this place during the day but if the highschool kids are working watch out they don't care how the food turns out and are slow. Never seen four people make a burger before but there is a first for everything. Would have rated it lower if this was my first experience there but I know the food has always been good, but this new teenage night crew really know how to put holes in their reputation. Hope they learn what their doing and or quit taking advantage of not having a manager breathing down their neck. Because they would not have acted the way they did if their was someone who actually cared...

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Absolutely nothing went right. 0/10. I manage a resturant, and I wouldn't even call that fast food. The establishment was completely filthy. You could see layers of food on the floor. Nothing looked clean at all. The counters were filthy with food and soda over them, over half the soda options were empty. No condiments, garnishes, or straws were stocked. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. The cashier couldn't even give me correct change. I corrected her and she just stared at me. On top of all of this when we were trying to enjoy our meal to the best that we could the employees were blaring rap music for the whole building to hear. Entirely not pleased with our visit. I have never been so discussed with an establishment in my life. I could go on and on about what I noticed, but long story short we will...

After placing our order it was about a 15 minute wait to get to the pay window. The small bag we recieved had 2 sandwiches & 2 large fries JAMMED into it. We pulled into the lot to check our order..... sure enough it was missing the 3rd sandwich we ordered. We get back in line wait another 15 minutes to get the window to show our receipt & the bag we 1st got. We get the forgotten sandwich & start eating our fries...... sure enough COLD!!!! Well I guess after sitting in the bag 20 minutes they would be cold. Nothing said from the cashier like oh we're sorry about forgetting your sandwich. Or maybe suggesting to replace the fries.....Nope... nothing....$11 spent to eat cold food! But I guess that's what you get when the only ones working were teenagers & they really weren't moving fast to fill the orders but taking to each...
