This was our first time stopping here after the change in ownership. We were looking forward to some great food. The best part was the deep fried pickles which had a really nice coating and were very tasty. The next best was the Point root beer, and the grilled cheese sandwich was good. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders were not. The overriding flavor was sweet which was so odd. We'd have chosen to try something else if they'd said it was like going to be like that. Not tasty or savory. The meat was real meat to give them credit, kind of tough in places. The hot roast beef was not bad, but dry. Grasshopper shake was not minty. It was just so chocolatey, but definitely not minty. The quantities were generous on the food, and the waitress was fine.

First time trying out this place, and I have to say it was AMAZING! The portions is worth your money. The owner, nice soft spoken friendly guy. I highly recommend people to go there and try it out! It has a feeling like the 50's drive in, except you have to actually go in and order, but you can still sit in your car and eat. I ordered two sandwiches and i only waited for less then 5 minutes.

We made our first visit on a Saturday night, but were bummed to hear they were out of many food items (including the fried cheese curds we've been dying to try....). But on the positive, the food we got was fantastic and our server was cool and very accommodating. We'll definitely be back (earlier) next time! 🙂

I ordered a Mississippi (I think). Shaved beef, cheese, and pepperoncini peppers, i added fried onions - half size. The portion was enormous! The beef was juicy and well seasoned and the bread was fantastic. They don't have the best kids menu but have a good selection of hot dogs which are bigger than the typical hotdog. My son got a chicago-ish dog and was happy with it. Was our first visit here and we'll definitely be back. There isn't much of an atmosphere as it seems to not be set up for a dine in option. If they had a few extra stools Id had given them the full 5 stars in that area. Definitely give the...

The business plan here seems to be to do a few things and do them very well. You can, if you want, order from your car, and eat in your car, as people used to do sixty years ago when I was a kid in Wisconsin Rapids.

For me now, the outdoor picnic tables are more relaxing. Wherever you sit, service is attentive, the hot foods are served hot, and the cold drinks arrive with a chilled...
