McDonald's — Restaurant in Wittenberg

This was by far the greatest McDonald’s I have ever been to... There were many reasons I say this, first was the cleanliness. Walking on you realize they kept up to code with health standards during the quarantine and the pandemic. I felt safe and healthy there. Second reason was the delivery. I received my food in a hasty 2 minutes. I felt important and the employees had a noticeable Love of work. Third reason was the presentation of the burger. Sometimes McDonald’s burgers are squashed down and floppy. This McDonald’s make burgers that look exactly like the appealing ones on commercials. The bread was golden and big. The cheese was shiny and beautiful and looking at it made me excited to eat. Fourth is the taste. In plenty of other McDonald’s locations the burgers are bland and tasteless. Here I could taste every part of the burger. The bread was soft and tasty. The cheese was clearly tasted and distinct adding to the overall taste in an artistic way. Finally the meat, was freshly made and tasted better than the meat I’ve had in all the other McDonald’s and fast food locations.

Menu item they cant find on the touch screen to put it in. managers just put in what they want thats close to your order and tell you. You get what I put in or nothing at all .work atmosphere must be toxic to have that vibe by 630 am

can't find a proper button you don't enter items individually to have it cost more. And you surely don't say you get what I put in or get nothing. I'll choose nothing everytime. Item asked for is a menu item. Was not something specific or special plain old sausage and cheese mc muffin. Listed on website and menu board . Ordered many times before. Today wasn't her day. But for a manager to have such an attitude that early hard pass I won't go back. Sad 2 cuz I did order large orders for my work crew and co workers can ask they had to swipe every time for manager approval of such large orders. ...

On my first visit, as typical when on lunch break, I used the McDonald's app as I leave my delivery truck so by the time I'm at a table, my order is being received. They ignored me and another customer stating when we confronted them 20 minutes where our food was, that the lines were too full and had to be handed first before kiosk or app orders. It wasn't until a total of 45 minutes passed that I received my simple Mcdouble, small fry, and medium tea. Remember, this was my half-hour lunch!

Another visit, I used the kiosk and took a number and was table served within 10 minutes but no tea. They returned with the medium cup and informed me to get my own drink. At this McDonald's, those are all readily available.

The tables were clean, trash pickuped. The atmosphere was good. Have no complaints about...
