Incredible bagels and the coffee is good! But every time I go it's a toss up to see how the vibe is.

The woman who works the front has a great attitude and incredible work ethic. I've never once seen the man greet a customer.

This place can be really awkward. From a customer perspective, it seems like that the man doesn't like being there and couldn't care less about the business. I've never seen the man offer to help the woman even when it's packed... he'll just be casually sweeping floors amongst the chaos.

Be prepared for a short wait. This business does not have a good setup to get more than one order done at the time, and there's only one person who makes the sandwiches.

I'm honestly amazed that the woman has such a good attitude with that man around. I genuinely feel bad for the woman having to carry the entire front of house while her coworker acts like a customer service ghost.

Normally I'd never write a bad review for a nice little small business with good food. Yesterday I paid cash because I wanted to leave a tip and I was accidentally shorted some change — I'm sure it was just because of how busy it gets with only one person handling everything. Would be nice if the card machine supported tips, but I've never been...

I went there to pick up a dozen bagels and they were the worst!

#1- They took forever to help me as they were chit-chatting with the customer in front of me long after they gave them there order. #2- I ordered sesame. blueberry, strawberry, salt and everything bagels and in all of my years of buying bagels , I have never had a bagel store put an everything bagel in the same bag with fruit flavored bagels! #3- It turns out that it really didn't make a difference on the everything bagel mixing in with the others because there was almost no everything seasoning on the bagel! #4- The salty bagels did not look much different from the sesame bagels as there were only a few SPECS of salt on them and the sesame only had a few specs of sesame to them!

The last time I got bagels there ( a couple of years ago)they were so much better. Is this place under different ownership since then??

I did try to call them a couple of times to discuss with them but phone number always goes to voice mail which has not...

Wonderful experience started with the lady taking my order (super positive attitude). She also handled making/prepping food. The presentation was nice NOT just slapped together and the taste mmmm so good. I want to go back again today. The Lox on the everything bagel was fabulous. No shortage of thinly sliced salmon, cream cheese (I chose the jalapeno version), tomato and capers (if you want). Bagel was Perfection!! Soft and chewy. My meal came with either chips or homemade chocolate chip cookies. I am fussy about my chocolate chip cookies but I am certainly glad I picked those. OK so I am kicking myself for not finding this Gem sooner. I don't have to drive 20 mins for a good bagel any longer. They are open 530am-1pm so get there during those times for a delicious treat.
