Overall sucks in all categories. Not many customers in store so staff should have had time to keep clean… Absolutely filthy…. the service counter ..the floors.. all the tables and the silverware and soft drink area.. all were dirty with trash everywhere. When we were in line to order, nobody was in the store. We were looking at the meat trying to decide which one we were even gonna get because none of them really looked so appetizing and they didn’t even ask to help us. Someone walked up behind us and because were standing furthest to right they came to counter and obviously knew the person addressing them by name…asked them to order bypassing us. They just started working with people behind us instead because they knew them as friends. Couple staff in the back playing around goofing off, tried to make the order once they did help us and couldn’t get it right twice and had to remake it. The person was mumbling and I was speaking very clearly that I only wanted beans and salsa on one side of the bowl and they kept putting cheese beans, etc., all over the entire bowl because they were doing it as fast as they could. I’m not talking about a little mistake where it’s dripping over I’m talking about they just bypassed what I was asking them to do because it was something out of their ordinary robotic behavior of doing the same thing over and over. After all it Was partially cold. But couldn’t get over that we were sitting surrounded by dirty tables and counters with trash all over floor with 5 or 6 people working and talking and no one came out to clean tables or floors the entire time. Read moreUpdate 2/9/2024: Update to my last review in October 2023. I've since gone back to this location in hopes that after some time has passed, service may have improved with training and time. And indeed, service has improved; at least for the mobile pick-up orders are concerned. No issues with running out of items or with timely completion. My husband has placed a couple of orders in the past month and I've placed one order today; so in the past month, this location has consistently met our expectations. So yes, for the past three orders, they've exceeded in taste, quality, and timely completion therefore I've increased service from 1 star to 4 stars. And increased food from 2 stars to 4 stars. Overall, I give them 4 stars. This location has improved and I will go back again in light of my husband and my past three experiences. I hope they keep up the good work and continue to hire the right people. I'm glad they got it right... If you've gone before and given up on them, you may want to give them another try.
