Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wolcott

Last Friday I stopped by for a grilled cheese and a muffin. After I had left and got back to work I had noticed the grilled cheese wasn't warmed up enough and the cheese wasn't melted. I didn't have enough time to run back to get it warmed up, so I saved it for dinner and warmed it up when I got home. Everything worked out and the sandwich was perfect :)

I did want to mention though that the 2 ladies helping with my order were very nice. I work in customer service myself and good customer service these days is hard to come by. I was having a bad day and taking a break from my day to grab some lunch ended up brightening my day, even with there being an issue with part of my order. It makes a big difference when you stop by a restaurant and the staff makes you feel welcomed and are happy to help you. Most restaurants I have visited lately make you feel the complete opposite, so many people lack even basic customer service skills these days.. Good customer service is so rare that when I do experience it I appreciate it. Please continue to give the service you do and teach the ones after you to do the same. A simple smile can brighten...

On A Postive Note: Very impressive service this morning.

While, I am a frequent flyer at this particular location and have noticed some changes from the remodel to the interactions, today was IMPRESSIVE!!❤️ I don’t know if this place is under new management or ownership but whatever it is, keep it up.

I pulled up to the drive-thru window and before I could say a word, the woman, I believe Reina? (I apologize if I am incorrect and or spelled your name incorrectly) she greeted me with a cheerful good morning and told me my usual order- allow that to sink in. Of course she asked if there was anything additional. I pulled up to the window and was greeted with more cheer and a wish for a great rest of my day.

The Verdict: I can’t wait for this experience tomorrow.😊🙏 Thank you ladies. This new DD is worth a drive across town.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED. Mind you we are in a pandemic and this is a serious violation of my health. I get my order home, take a bite of my sandwich and there is a wad of wax serving paper in my mouth. Yes the serving paper that they use to grab things with so they dont have to constantly change gloves. Anything those gloves touched....now is in my food. I go to get my money back and the sandwich remade which I regret as I decided to throw it out but regardless the manager asks them to remake it and refunds me for my entire order. They hand over the sandwich the order slip says no cheese as I cannot eat it. And the sandwich they were supposed to correct has cheese on it. I am beside myself they have to remake it a second time. I'm done...
