Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Wood River

I went through the drive-thru and ordered my food. The cashier was kind of rude. I was asked to pull over to Cone one so I did and waited. My receipt showed that I ordered at 7:49 p.m.. There were a couple of other cars that we're ahead of me also waiting for their food. So I patiently waited seeing both of those cars get their food and leave. At about 8:10 p.m. I went back around through the drive-thru and told the guy that answered that I've been waiting 20 minutes for my food and was just curious what happened. He said he couldn't even find my order and that somebody must have cleared it from the screen. So I told him what I ordered and he asked me to pull up to the window. I did get my food, fresh and as I ordered it, but you would expect an offer of a discount or something considering how long I had to sit and wait and the fact that food is fairly expensive there in the first place. I had to go in to use the restroom there was three people behind the counter that were not employees and everyone was just standing around chitchatting used the bathroom which was dirty and then came out and asked the girl if I could have ketchup she said yes I walked back out to my car when the food came fry's were ice cold and I didn't get any ketchup even after I specifically asked her for it then when I went back in to get ketchup I also asked for salt and the girl said I will have to go in the back to get a new box of salt I said ok and stood there and so did she..... She said oh you want me to go get that for you I said yeah I don't work here I can't go back there I don't know where it is then she rolled her eyes at me and went and got the salt then said came back and gave me two packets of ketchup and a whole handful of the little salt packets I said thank you even though I knew she was being a smart but.... Went through the drive-through and there was two cars in front of us. They got their food we’re ordering and the employee asked us what we wanted We told him he could not hear us so he repeated the order back to us. We said everything was right. We did not finish our order we were trying to and he gives us our total and tell us to pull through the window. Waited 10 minutes. Then we proceeded to tell the guy that we were not finished ordering so then I ordered the rest of the order gives us. Our food does not give us our drinks and we pull around. We check all of our food Some of the food was wrong so we went in and asked him to fix it.
