Burger King — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Worst place to eat I was an employee there and let me say the dishes used to make breakfast are never really fully cleaned the thing used to make eggs still have chunks on it from the day before and is still used to make eggs and given to customers without their acknowledgment and also the trays that the burgers are placed in after the burgers are made and dropped from the grill are still greasy and not fully cleaned from the day before or the employees inside doing the burgers never really wear gloves and some employees put their hands in food without gloves I witnessed myself also I’ve seen employees drop bread on the floor and then look around and pick it up and still use it to serve the customers also use cheese that is spoiled on burgers and served to customers also the lettuce be brown and the tomatoes be soggy and still served to customers without them knowing also the guy that cleans goes by the name Gene uses chemicals around the food and cleans while food is exposed and that was witnessed many times by customers and employees but nothing was ever done about it when customers asked for a refund on an item because the item wasn’t presented the employees would give the customers attitude or the management wasn’t around so the customers would get upset and the employees dealt with an angry customer and when the employees called the managers because a customer wanted a refund the management would not pick up their phones this was a poorly employed...

Usually my late night go to, after work, thru the drive thru. Up until recently, they were fantastic. Fries were HOT, sandwich was perfect. Last couple of times I went, the original chicken sandwich I ordered was bone dry - virtually no mayo on them. The third time I went, I especially asked that there be mayo on the sandwich. The guy taking my order told me the sandwich comes with mayo. I told him I knew that and tried to explain that the last two times, the sandwich was dry. He cut me off and snapped, "I'll make sure it has mayo, anything else?" He sounded very annoyed. When I drove around and gave him my card he gave me a sullen look, again as if I were bothering him. When I took my card back from him, admittedly I grabbed it. That infuriated him and he gave me a lecture about not "snatching" things. I tried to explain why I was upset and he just snapped at me that he knows my order, he recognized my voice and I shouldn't snatch my card. The whole thing was appalling. And then, to top it off...my order was wrong. I ordered large fries and small onion rings with my sandwich. I got large onion rings and small fries. There was about 2 scant teaspoons of mayo all in one clump on one corner of the sandwich and about half the amount of lettuce they normally put on. So much for "knowing my order. " Normally an original chicken sandwich is a bit on the messy side. Not this time. Or the previous 2 times. I won't be going there anymore. Don't...

Okay, a 5 star review seems high. I will agree with most other reviews that the service is slow. Really slow. If you have young children, avoid this stop. They might not be strong enough to survive the wait. It was almost 1 until we got out food. So why the positive review? It didn't seem to be the fault of the burger king employees. They were genuinely running their behinds off and hustling to get food out. They had a positive attitude and provided cheerful and friendly service. And the order was correct. The slow time is more of a fault of the service area funnelling hundreds of hungry people into this food court at a time with Burgers king as the only meal option (everywhere is snacks and chick fil a is closed on Sunday). The service stop should add another food venue to alleviate some the wait. I felt that burger king did the best they could with what they had. Whoever the manager of this location is, ought to give their employees a raise. They were exceptional given the rush...
