Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Tim Hortons is a great business but my recent visit was more confusing, I like all people even if there maybe a language barrier. I was trying to explain that I had placed a mobile order for a Brown Caramel Oatmilk Latte and Tim Bits for $1. I myself didn't want to cause any confusion on them, they said it wasn't placed and then another girl read the order and saw that it was. Then I had to reload my Tim's card to place another order for the Chipotle Steak Wraps and Breakfast Croissant with Bacon Sandwich; more confusion and showed the other girl that the order got scanned for the 3 sandwiches. Tim Hortons is a great business but whether the Iselin or Colonia area spot I don't want there to be any confusion whether the staff or myself.

I feel terrible for lowering my rating to 1; had it at 5 for past visits. I wish Tim Hortons great business. I'll visit this spot again but I don't like the notion leaving a spot I enjoy and wonder, what just happened? The latte and food...

There were three people at the register trying to figure out the order for the person in front of me in line. They took a really long time trying to take the order, and still got it wrong when it came out. The lady just left in frustration.

They also got my order incorrect (I got a sausage and egg on a muffin). I also ended up getting severe food poisoning from it for 5 days afterwards. I couldn’t move, couldn’t get out of bed, couldn’t eat or drink anything. 102° fever, sweating, and uncontrollable shivering. I had such severe diarrhea and vomiting the entire time that I could literally feel my intestines shrinking from violently ejecting what little fluid and bile was left inside every small...

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons branch. I ordered an Oreo donut—it was okay. They had no regular coffee, only espresso, because their machine was broken, which I was still fine with. But what really ruined the visit was the awful customer service. The Indian lady working there was extremely rude. My mom simply picked up one of their cups to check the size she wanted for her coffee, and this lady came all the way over just to rudely tell her she couldn’t touch it. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such rude behavior at a coffee shop before. Also the cafe looks very dirty! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Never...
