Since this restaurant has decided to hire the most irritating and disrespectful manager or whatever his title is who calls himself “Mo” their customer service has lost all its credibility. I went in to pick up the sweets basket from the sweet shop within the restaurant (which by the way is not under the restaurants ownership) and as it was raining I told them to let me bring my car close. This “Mo” guy decided to come out of no where, not asked for help (he will be the last person I would want to interact with as he crosses all his limits and have 0 respect and gets in your personal space and thinks he owns every person who walks into that door) and starts banging on my car’s trunk, getting scared I hit the brakes and come out of the car for him to tell me why did I move my car and just throws the sweets baskets in the trunk without looking. They were suppose to be kept straight and carefully so that the sweets don’t break! I took the number for the owner of the restaurant who calls himself “Seth” and tried complaining about his behavior and was completely disappointed and furious by the way the owner handling the situation where he probably did not even bother listening to the actual complaint and kept asking me “what do you want from me” as if I was stupid to be complaining about his worker’s behavior and disrespectful actions. Not to forget his way of talking was as disrespectful and personal as the person working in that restaurant I am complaining about. Read moreI placed an order through doordash and it was a never ending saga that ended with me buying Wendy's instead. After placing the order and getting an alert that my dasher was on the way (30 minutes after ordering) without a confirmation of the order I called the restaurant to make sure they got the order so the driver wouldn't have to wait for no reason. The person who picked up was pretty rude but not horribly so and said they never got an order. No big deal; called Doordash to make sure that the order would get sent in. Doordash called the restaurant on three-way and placed my order and got a verbal confirmation that they'd prepare it and send the dasher to us. And so we waited. And waited. And waited. An hour and a half later the restaurant cancelled the order because they closed their Doordash hours even though the restaurant itself is open until 10PM - it was 3:20. So I called the restaurant again where an extremely rude woman picked up and said to call in ten minutes if I had a complaint for the manager. I called Doordash; got my order refunded and got in the car to buy wendy's. Ten minutes later I called the restaurant again, not to complain but to ask the manager why the order had been cancelled when there was already a driver waiting there. The rude woman picked up again, yelled THERE'S NO MANAGER TODAY and promptly hung up.
So while I have no idea if the food is any good or not it's safe to say I will never attempt to order from here again. Between the mess of trying to order now and the HORRIBLE staff who answer the phones it's just not worth supporting this business. To anyone who orders from...
Read moreI ordered food for a party that I had. I ordered the food on Wednesday for food on Saturday at 1:00. When I went to pick up the food, it wasn’t ready. They told me the food could be ready in 15-20 minutes but it was my fault that it wasn’t ready since I didn’t call back and confirm. I specifically asked when I called Wednesday, “the food will be ready on Saturday at 1:00, right?” And they responded “yes”. How much more confirmation is needed? Especially when no one told me that I had to call and confirm. Then they told me that the price they had given me before was wrong and that they needed to charge me more, but that they’d do me a favor and charge me the price that I told them they had given me. I was speaking to the manager and he told me that I didn’t talk to him about the order and that I had spoken to someone else about the order. How is it my problem that the staff doesn’t communicate? I had spoken to the person in charge of catering, it’s not my fault that the caterer and the manager don’t talk to each other. In the end I canceled my order because the food wasn’t ready on time.
