It isn’t every day that I can say that I have eaten a slice of heaven, at least not since tasting the absolutely mouth watering Baked goods that are lovingly and expertly prepared by Ma Petit bakery! Their baked goods are always well received by my guests and family. Their mini chocolate croissants are so buttery and rich in dark chocolate. Some American versions of a chocolate croissant have fallen flat for me. They are gooey and not crisp, the chocolate is milky and sticky instead of thick with just the right richness and texture. Ma Petit’s mini croissants DO NOT disappoint! They are buttery beyond comprehension; the dark chocolate is rich and does not have the bitter aftertaste that dark chocolate often leaves behind; and the crunch of the outer shell is delicate and crispy. There is no finer croissant that I have encountered in all of America! I would recommend Stephanie and Ma Petit bakery any time! I just had to leave a review for Ma Petite Bakery & Sumpin’s Sweet Treats. My husband and I just discovered them and are very grateful we did! Everything we had from Ma Petite was excellent, but I have to say the croissants & bread were my favorite. the croissants were the best I ever tasted! The treats from Sumpin’s Sweet were delicious. I look forward to trying her cakes! It was a very friendly and helpful atmosphere, they could not have been nicer. I can not wait to go back. The focaccia.... Don't make me drool. I'm in heaven every single damn time. Somehow I can manage to eat an entire one in a day, I'm not sure it's healthy but it's the quality that does it for me!
