Ok so I hate Starbucks in general lol I’m not big on waste or even the taste of coffee, but when I choose to go they’re nice about my personal cups. And they’re human so they messed up a few different drinks but never denied remaking them for me. There’s a few new people, I understand why they get defensive but honestly you can’t please everyone and they should take it with a grain of salt. I feel like Starbucks culture in general is a prissy bougie societal fail lol but be nice to the workers and you be surprised how much better your drink taste and your experience is. Be prepared to wait it’s not a Starbucks express. Lately my pick up orders have only taken 5-9 mins and that’s VERY reasonable for how busy they are. They’re people, they see you huffing and puffing and rolling your eyes, knock it off. I don’t complain about the workers it’s the PEOPLE that come here that suck. That’s why the atmosphere gets a low rating. Also I love these new fall apple crisp drinks because “f” pumpkin spice.

Sigh. Wow. The WORST experience I've had at Starbucks. I went inside to order after seeing the drive thru line so long. No one was waiting inside, so I was able to order immediately. I patiently waited...and waited...and waited. During this waiting period I overheard the bristas arguing about who was going to make my coffee, they talked amongst themselves instead of attending to their duties, moved s...l...o...w. The work place was being treated as a high school lunch room instead of a place of work. I finally demanded a refund after waiting 10+ minutes and watching my coffee be made incorrectly. The brista then laughed and continued making the coffee, hoping I wouldn't notice. Just WOW. Did I mention that there were 5 bristas on duty?

Not accommodating at all. Asked for a venti Caramel Crunch Frapuchino split into two cups. They refused where at the same time other franchises don't have a problem accommodating their customers. Instead I was offered two empty cups with no lids, no straws. Pouring layered drink into another cup turns it into a mush. In addition refused to provide franchisee's contact information which is against Starbucks' corporate policy. Will avoid this location for sure.

Update (1 Star) they have a sign now that says the stores closed but they consistently close the inside of the store very early. I was at another place in the shopping center and ordered a coffee ahead with the app. I walked across the shopping center just to find their sign in the door that says go to the drive-thru. I don't get what's going on with this Starbucks. They make their drinks okay but not as good as some other locations that aren't that far away. If you do decide to come by here assume you're going to have to go in the drive-thru.

They really need a inside of store closed sign. They constantly are closing their inside. You only end up finding out that it's closed when you go to open the door. Especially frustrating you're just trying to pick up a mobile order.

Update: (2 stars) they are ok at making drinks but they constantly close the inside now. I'll order in the app and get there then get out and walk up to the door to find the inside is closed and I have to go wait in the drive through. They should just block mobile orders like other stores do then I could better plan my time.

Update: (4 stars) They have improved the layout of their pick up area. Tends to be busy so they seem rushed still but overall I would start coming here more often again if they keep it up. I would recommend if you want your vanilla pumps to be accurate that you add a couple. The pumps Starbucks gives them aren't always the most accurate when pushed quickly.

(Stars) 3They've recently started leaving vanilla out of the cold brew regularly. They also freak out if you grab your own pastry when it's sitting with in reach and you can do it with out touching anything else. Their plexiglass shields are so low you have to bend your arm weird to reach the drink or food from their hand. Ironically you are still reaching around the plexi to get the item after...

I love Starbucks but today (1/4/2025) my experience was horrible! As stated on Google, this store closes at 10pm and I pulled up at about 7:45 to the very EMPTY Starbucks to order a large order but the doors were locked. I attempted to call the store and ask if I could order it through the drive thru since they weren’t letting anyone inside the cafe and I was already there. I saw a short haired, stubby female employee pick up the phone and answer (I parked right in front and I could see her) to which she shortly and annoyingly replied “No.” When I asked for alternatives to fulfill my order, she refused because she was “short staffed” and didn’t feel “feel comfortable handing me a hot drinks through the drive thru,” although there were other employees inside and drive thru had ONE car in it. I hope she doesn’t continue being lazy and negating warm drinks to customers on cold days just because she’s incapable of doing her job, I think that could severely impact revenue for this store and she should be...
