Don’t waste your time! 1st experience: I ordered online and when I got there they said they never got my order and that their online system is new. So I had to wait as if I just walked in to order. Okay, 2nd chance: ordered online and when I got there two girls tried to find my order on the register and couldn’t find it. One of the girls asked me what my order was (wrote it down) and then goes in the back and comes back a few minutes later and says that they have it and it will be another 8 mins. After waiting another 30 mins the same girl comes with the three pizzas and said my order didn’t specify what one topping I wanted so it was made with only cheese. At this point it’s been an hour since I placed my order and about 35 minutes of me waiting in person for it and I asked her if there was any question of what topping I wanted she knew I was there and could have asked me and reminded her she took my order again when I got there. She said she barely received the order ticket which is bull because she checked on it earlier or at least that is what she first told me and how did they make the other pizzas correctly if she barely got the ticket? I would have had to wait another 15 mins to add the topping so I just left. She had a bad attitude and instead of apologizing she was too concerned about telling me that next time I need to make sure I select the topping. Looking at other reviews looks like this is a common issue and not a “one time” mishap!

This place loves to deliver pizza and salads with very little toppings on it! I also ordered an antipasto and there was only a few pieces of meat I might as well just order a salad. It was also short on the salad my large pizza with pepperoni and bacon again there’s only a few pieces of bacon on one side of it when I reached out to them, I asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn’t there so I asked to speak to a manager that was there and I got a gentleman named Joey. Joey said he needed to talk to his boss so he was lying about being a manager. He blamed the teenagers that worked there for the quality of my food. Why would you hire teenagers if they can’t do the job correctly? They offered to credit me the salad but refused to credit me for my pizza and then he told me that if I do a bad review, they won’t even refund my salad so I told them never mind I didn’t want my money back from my Meatless salad. That is no way to serve your customers giving you the ultimatum that if you do review, we won’t even refund you anything this is not the first time that’s happened to me but same thing so shame on me for trying them again. Beware when you order your pizzas. The gentleman told me that I should’ve asked for more bacon which cost more. Why can’t I just get the bacon that I paid for? I would...

We came to eat here because the reviews were good. The staff was nice and came right out and took our order, Medium three topping pizza, meatballs and a salad. Salad came right out and the ingredients were fresh, but the lettuce needed another wash because it was a bit gritty. About 25 minutes later we requested our meatballs because the pizza had yet to arrive. The meatballs and sauce were great. I asked for parmesan twice and it never showed. However, another 30 minutes later and still no pizza. We were then told due to a printer malfunction our pizza did not go in when it was supposed to. We were then told it would be about 8 minutes and we'd be eating pizza. 25 minutes later the pizza arrived. The pizza was solid, it was their Everything meat pizza with thin crust. But waiting 75 minutes for pizza or any other meal isn't something I'd typically put up with. Other orders seemed to come out timely. The table next to us was seated much later and their pizza came out minutes behind ours. Lost ticket or bad printer, the quality wasn't worth the 75 minute wait. My recommendation, order ahead and get it to go. I don't think we'll be back for dine in...
