Wing Zone Hot Chicken & Wings — Restaurant in Woodhaven

Hi there I am leaving this review today because I came to the woodhaven location at around 1:30am 9/7. The order was not yet complete, my boyfriend had to use the bathroom. I proceeded to walk him to the bathroom and check to make sure nobody was in there as I always do. Upon turning around I was stopped by the employee who then proceeded to ask why I was in there, for one it was none of his concern but I explained. He then called the both of us homophobic slurs and used profane language. He then proceeded to shut the lobby down an hour early, which just in the time of me being in my vehicle 4 customers came to the door felt it was locked and turned around. This act was discriminatory, I am leaving a police report with woodhaven police in the morning and corporate management will be contacted, I have worked as a AGM at an establishment in Dearborn for the last 4 years, 6 years of restaurant management experience and I’ve yet to see this behavior exerted by any employees anywhere else! Arrived about 5 min past pickup time and was told another 10 min. Long story short; at 45 min past pickup time I asked to be refunded at which time the worker went to the backroom and never came back. The other worker after another 10 minutes gave me some food. Reluctantly I took it as i knew a refuns was not happening then. Upon coming home we found it was missing alot and ALL wings that were there were undercooked. I called to tell them I'll bring it back for refund but got no answer, I left a message, but received no reply by th3 requested day/ time. I since left an email, and will give a day before disputing charge. At all costs I would not go I here. The worker I dealt with was nothing short or rude, arrogant, and a lier. Wing Zone recently opened in Woodhaven, MI and they offer a great selection of chicken dishes. From sandwiches, wings, and tenders, they'll satisfy your craving for poultry. I tried their signature chicken sandwich which is a 12-hour marinated chicken breast with pickles, coleslaw and your choice of Nashville Hot heat-level (I chose medium).
