Horrible! As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was placed on hold. I waited for 10 MINUTES. Another car pulled up to the other speaker and they didn’t say anything to them for about 5 minutes until that driver asked “Is this lane closed?” they answered by saying “I’ll be with you in one moment. They then came back to me and said it will be one moment. By now, I had been waiting for about 20 mins. Finally they came to the speaker and said, “May I take your order?” However, they weren’t asking ME, they were asking THE OTHER CAR. I was appalled. I had been there over 20 mins. They finally asked if they could take my order. I replied and asked why they took the other car’s order before mine and I had been there first and waiting. Jeanette (the worker) replied and said that she didn’t know who was first! That was sooo unprofessional. When I got to the window, she was very lackluster and underwhelmed that I was there. I asked her if the corporate office was still located in Columbus, she said I don’t know, I think. (She seemed upset that I asked) I asked for the manager’s name and she said Vonnie. When I drove up to get my order it took a long time and then finally the manager came to the window. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge the bad and unprofessional customer service, she only asked me to pull up to wait!!! Wait AGAIN!!!!!! I waited and then finally the worker came out and said NOT ONE WORD TO ME. He didn’t say, here’s your food or thank you for waiting. He came out and looked at me angrily and handed me the bag and walked away. I didn’t even want the food at that point because they were so rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant, I was scared that my food might’ve been tampered with. Shame on you White Castle!! This is NOT how you should treat customers!! I will be calling...
Read moreSpeaking with regards to the WEST ROAD, WOODHAVEN, MI location specifically... This location is the exception to the rule. Service from pull up to order screen to food in hand at last take-out window is all but guaranteed to be equally as quick to complete by way of drive-thru, as it is to swiftly park your ride & walk-in to order inside by waiting in-line. The drive-thru may not be the most EFFICIENT method of carry out... But it's way better than most fast-food drive & dines in the downriver community. Most of the time I would park my vehicle and go in to order at other competitors in anticipation of longer-wait time in my ride. And it certainly does not hurt that the establishment is staffed with the same courteous folks that have served me for years perhaps decades. I may only frequent that location once every 2-months but they are observant enough to never fail to recognize me by either my voice at the order screen or my car at the cash-out window. It's uncanny! But TRULY humbling to feel important enough to remember me &/or my usual ordered menu items. WHICH speaks Volumes to their employee customer service skills. That being said, it is uncommon to find a full staff of fine folks who operate an establishment collectively with such a wonderful mentality to hold their work ethic standards higher than most chains (ie; McDonald's or...
Read moreThis location use to be good, but the last few times I’ve been here it hasn’t been good. Last week I Ordered a 1921 slider the the bun was hard. Like it had been sitting on the counter since Nixon was president. And the the workers acted confused when was tried to get a new one made. And that took forever.
I went today thinking maybe it was just a fluke. Nope. Sat in the drive thru forever. Ordered a few burgers and a cherry coke. Asked for the burgers to have EVERYTHING ON THEM (onion, pickles, etc).
After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The worker tried to hand me the wrong drink. No. I had a Cherry Coke. And she was confused as to what we ordered.
When we finally get our food The cheese on the 1921 slider I got was hard. There were no onions on it or mustard when I had asked for everything on them.
My jalapeño cheese burgers lacked onions and mustard and one was even missing cheese.
I don’t think I’ll go back to this location. It really...
