So pleased with their delivery service. I was unable to pick up pizza due to a conflict in appointment times so I switched my 2 party sized pizzas to delivery. I made sure he understood that it was for the end of the year party for my 5th grader and it couldn’t be past 11:00. He told me they typically need a 20 min window I asked if we could make it 10:30-11:00 and he assured me he would make a note for delivery man, well it was delivered at 10:50. I place an order ticket number 162 and my order was not what I ordered and called and spoke to Hannah and she said they will remake it for free and the second time around they forgot to make my pizzas extra big crust and one of them had a spicy sauce to it that i didn't ordered and one of my guest unfortunately had a meltdown.
