I ordered through UberEats and received an order with missing items after waiting an hour for the delivery. When I called the store, they told me I would have to deal strictly with the app and they could do nothing to help me. The problem here is that when I asked if the bag should have been securely closed and a receipt included, I was told that was normally the practice but because they were so busy, they did not know. So, there is no way to know whether the store screwed up or if the driver removed someone’s meal, which means the store definitely screwed up. They need to train their employees better. One of our group went without his order because there was no way to make anyone accountable and the app only refunds the item rather than sending the missing item. You can’t blame the app when the store doesn’t do its part to make the driver accountable for anything that goes missing after the order is picked up. I will likewise let the the app know that it should not do business with stores that have sloppy protocols as it makes the app unreliable. This is a recurring problem...

I swung through the drive-thru with my 2.5-year-old in the backseat, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting much more than a quick solid bite. But I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, all thanks to Kelsey working the drive-thru window.
She was not only super efficient and on top of everything(repeating my order, etc.), but she also went out of her way to engage with my toddler in the sweetest way. You could tell she really enjoyed her job and interacting with people, even in the middle of a busy shift. It was memorable and my daughter keeps asking to "I wanna see kelsey again"
The food was solid...exactly what I was looking for in a classic. But it was Kelsey who made the visit stand out. Friendly, fast, thoughtful, and just full of great energy. Thank you, Kelsey, for a truly memorable moment...
