Bronco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Woodruff

I came by the other day with the family. Everything went well until it was time to pay. The waitress ran my card and told me it was declined. I assumed it was a glitch and gave her a second card. Before she ran it, I checked my bank and showed her where there’s a pending charge on my first card, to which she didn’t reply and still ran my second card.

I assumed after a few days, the charge would go away. A few days later, I called as the charge went through. They were very nice on the phone and told me to come back and they will make things right. I come in the following day to be told they can not double charge, and my bank is the one who made the mistake, not them. And that there is nothing they can do to help me. They were no help at all and rude. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation.

Normally, I wouldn’t mind if it’s a small charge. But they ended up charging me over $80 for a $34 meal, as the first charge was a completely different total. I think they ran my card for someone...

Me and my family love this restaurant but the other day we were sitting and were disturbed by a party of TEACHERS SCREAMING. Yes I said teachers. They teach at the Woodruff Primary School and I found it very appalling since they are teachers and they were screaming like crazy people. Over what you may ask? A small in-correction of their meal. They were screaming at the owners son saying he shouldn’t work there and he should be fired. These teachers are unknown but we did find one named Sherrie Belk. So If you are having a child going to woodruff primary be careful with this lady, she doesn’t know how to act. For having that type of attitude she doesn’t even deserve to be a teacher. And also this isn’t the first time this group of teachers does this it’s as if they purposely do it to have a free meal. Yes all of them left without paying only like 1 or 2 returned the meal the rest dined and dashed....

Very tasty! I wished I had gotten pictures before I cut it all up, however it looks, just know the flavor is there! As you can see there is a good portion of food on the plate as well. Very satisfying. I gave only 4 stars due to the in house waiter I had. Having served in many restaurants as a server, there was much to be desired from the waiter. He was watching football, not paying attention to our table when the place was empty. Didn't clear plates as they were sitting there clogging the space on the table. Asked if we wanted a drink to go, but just brought us empty cups to pour our half empty watered down drinks into. Also couldn't size the to go box properly. While waiting on the food we wanted to order the white cheese aka queso dip, but the waiter was no where around, so they lost a sale there. So the food is fantastic, but the dining experience.......
