More times than not, after I get my drink, I end up having to turn around because it isn’t right! I understand the store is new but this is the absolute worst location I’ve ever been to! Katie, two others (my apologies on the names) and it being close are the only reasons I still tried to give this place a chance. Well I think today was my last day! Do better! Because you guys are consistently BAD. By the way- this drink is usually made with 3 pumps- do you guys just make them the way you want? $6.19 for my drink my to suck-

Paid 6 bucks for me to watch the guy pour our leftover coffee from his shaker to instead serve me this poor drink. Not a sip was taken. This was by the time I got to my car and took my phone out. Stay away from here

So disappointed!!!! The visits at this location was going great and then recently have gone downhill. There was only one customer in front of me in the drive through (it took a long time for them to get their order), and I was in the drive through for 30 minutes! It took 10 minutes to wait an order, and then 15-20 just for them to make my drink which ended up wrong (Iced matcha with cereal milk). I had to turn back around after leaving to order a new one. I wasn’t going to wait in line for that long just to drink the wrong order, so I made myself turn around to get what I actually paid for. I’m not sure if the lady working was new but it was a horrible experience, she didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the fact that she took too long to make my order/make the wrong order. This was around 8pm...

0 Stars!! Staff gotta be racist!!! Came in no one else in the building staff didn’t greet me or anything for a few min, a couple of fair skin entered the building they decided to then greet me and them! Proceeded to wait 5-10min at the counter while 3 employees were working on one drive in order. They took my order then the couple behind me! I sit to wait for my drink and the couple behind me seemed to have gotten their drink before me! Mind you there’s 2 of them and 1 of me ! I had one drink when I asked “how theirs was done before me?” The little girl behind the counter decided to say “they were in line” well little girl so was I and before them at that but it’s all good I see stuff for what it is!! Wouldn’t recommend minorities to visit this location!! Do better Dunkin! Hire adults...

Always out of whatever food I want. SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I got to the empty drive through and it took her a whole minute to even say anything. She sounded like she hated everything and got my order wrong. You can hate your life, but don't make other people feel miserable as a result. It took five minutes for me to get my 3 drinks. Again, NOBODY WAS HERE. It took three minutes for her to even show up at the window. I got my drink and tried to get her attention so she could correct my order. She walked away and didn't come back so I left with my wrong order. You have got to get staff who are nice. Nobody will want to come here otherwise. Drink was okay. This is my second time here. Both were not...
