Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Woodstock

Ok everyone, it has been a rule of mine from day one to not put anything negative on Facebook, but tonight there will be exception😑. So a few minutes ago i decided to make a pizza run.... so little Caesar of course. I drive to LITTLE CAESAR in WOODSTOCK to the drive through. A very nice young lady takes my order and says the cheese pizza will take a few, no problem 😊. I pull around front and wait, they don't seem to be crazy busy so I'm thinking ten minutes 😊. I actually parked and realize i could see into the kitchen. There's a lady, that could walk on linebacker for about any sim pro football team, making the food. I noticed her put a little in her mouth 🤔 then a bit more, then i watched her shove a hand full of cheese in her mouth like a fat kid with a fist full of candy😂. This went on for 10min. I also realized that it was getting close to a 20 minute wait. I very kindly walked in and explained to the young girl in the front, i have been waiting 20min for some hot and ready pizza, and from where i was sitting i could see a lady in the kitchen who probably shouldn't work right next to that amount of raw ingredients. Then she calls for, i guess her manager, 😂😂😂 geuss who.😊😊😊 So she ask "what seems to be the trouble." I reply " not you going hungry thats for damn sure." She tells me she hasn't even been in the kitchen 😂. I told her wipe the cheese off your chins and give me my money back, y'all have a good night. So if you read this and still want little Caesars, more power to ya,..... ALL ORIGINAL PIZZA in McCalla 477-1123...

I am seriously getting tired of Little Caesars Pizza. I went in there to get two pizzas and crazy bread. I knew I'd be there for a little bit because I was ordering a supreme pizza which had to be made. The other was a pepperoni most best. I figured since I had a pizza being made that the other Pizza would have been made right behind it. Therefore giving me when I walk out the door too steaming hot pizzas. I got one steaming hot pizza with one not cold but definitely not even warm pepperoni pizza. It look like it's at outside of the heater for at least 20 to 30 minutes. I go back in and tell them I want a new one figured I'd get one right away. That was not the case the lady told me we have one in the oven for you going now. I told him that won't do then my other Pizza will get cold. So I ask for my money back. Then the manager comes up and asked what the problem was I told her what the problem was. Then she said oh, if you wanted it all to be hot and fresh you should have told us to make the pizza together this is stuff that we have to be told to do. At that point I lost it, I told her I don't get paid to do her job for her and to think for her and do whatever it is they do for them. I can't believe the manager said "you have to tell us to do that". This was the last straw. I'm done giving little caesar's...

Pizza's are usually hot&fresh as well as the Italian cheese bread. The Employees at this location are very friendly,professional usually but 2night(April 7th 2022) i had the pleasure of meeting 2of the rudest& unprofessional ladies workin at the store,well should I say closin the store early as they often do do tried giving me a free pizza i huess 2keep quite,id placed order online and they found it finally i spent $30+& wasn't giving any marinara sauce & offered to pay but they counted drawer already so can't ring up anything!Not my problem they took my order,i want marinara sauce so u close early & want me to suffer from it ..Nope .I eat pizza alot (one of my favorite foods) so I visit them often& most visits are pleasant&I have no complaints,until now..I would recommend to friends&family..Need professional employees not Employees that close early,was leaving w/o me having my online order,offfered me free pizza but i had to pitch a fit to get 1 marinara sauce.PITAFUL.My 5's went...
