Want chemicals in your blizzard? Go to this DQ! A week ago I went into DQ to pick up my mobile order. While picking up my order the manager had told me that she had not slept well the night before and had taken her medications and felt as if she was on drugs. I left with my food and blizzard. My food was ok but when I opened my blizzard it smelled funny like chemicals. I took a small bite and instantly tasted chemical like taste. I called the store and spoke to the same manager who had given me my order. She apologized saying she had just cleaned the blizzard machine before opening that morning and must not of cleaned them off thoroughly before making my blizzard. She did offer me 3 free small blizzard coupons to "make it right". I decided to call the corporate office just to make them aware of the situation I had experienced, no one ever called me back! It's clear they do not care about their customers and or what type of food/service is being provided! Will not be returning for anymore chemical...

Pros: The employees were awesome. The place was packed yet they remained cool under pressure and got our Blizzards made quickly. The Blizzards were really good. The store was clean.

Cons: nowhere to sit inside or out, except of course, your car. No bathroom We stood around our car in the front of the building but what made it incredibly bad is the fact that a large dumpster is placed at the side of the building toward the front. It stunk! Our minivan ended up with 6 or 7 flies in it after we left so we had an adventure for a few miles chasing them out.

Me and my dad both ate here twice within this month one of the times being yesterday . and each time we ate there we both got food poisoning bad and we both got the same exact thing each time. I got backyard bacon stackburger meal with frys and a cream soda and he got a bacon two cheese deluxe stackburger meal with frys and a lemonade. I don't get why we got food poisoning 2 times in a row but this deffinatly wasn't fun for either of us.
