Fiore's — Restaurant in Wooster

I'm originally from the area I'm currently live about an hour away with my husband we were in the area to see the fireworks in shreve. My husband decided fiores sounded good for dinner on the way through and so we stopped. Sat down the waitress came over and let us know that it would be about an hour until we would receive our food and she and was oy on day #5 of working there, we said that was fine, she took our drink order took her about 10 minutes to bring our drink order over and she said that their computer system was down as well. She got her order in, got my salad in a decent amount of time,got the applesauce for the baby. About 45 minutes went by my husband wanted another beer, took her about 15 minutes before she brought the new beer over and at that point my husband asked how long it would take for our food and she said it would still be a while,at this point we had been there for just over an hour and we had to get ready to head so we wouldn't miss the fireworks that we originally came to town for so we got her to give us our bill for what we had she was nice enough to take everything off except for the beer which is fine. Later learned that there was a live band playing outside which could have caused some of the back up in the kitchen but there should have been a little bit more priority for the people that were sitting inside that didn't care about the bands to get their food instead of making sure that everybody outside had food cuz they're just watching the band. just cuz there is a band and people want to eat outside doesn't mean that the people that are sitting inside they don't care about the band don't want to just eat and leave. a little disappointed with the service we had, ended up not actually eating until we got home at about 1:30 in...

Food is very good cant complain about that and nice portions, but could.only give 3 stars because the service is kind of lean. Bought carry out and wife want to pick up was greeted promptly by a man, and he told a worker (waitress or server) "your pick up order is here". She was cleaning up a table and so around 5 min pass while she finished the table ( understandable) the guy comes back out and she is done with the table, and he tells her again "your pick up is here" and she was like oh I didn't know ( okay she might not have heard him) but then she started taking with him about things she felt he wasnt doing correct.( not sure who was in charge over whom) so another 5 min pass she finally gets the order, and sits that on the counter asked my wife cash or credit, wife says debit. She then takes the card and dissapeared. I guess a register buy the entry doesn't make sence. Then my wife sees her make a delivery of what looked like another customers bill and card to a table. And then takes something to another table. Then another aprox 5 min pass. She gos to the back again and finally comes back with the card and my wife is on her way. So our food was basically pulled and bagged for 15 min minimum. Just seems to me that the discussion could have waited untill customers were taken care of. And possibly understaffed?! Any how it's hard to write the whole transaction. But basically food quite good but a bit dry and cool because of the extended wait. And service eeeaa?!. Off day? Give them a try...

This wasn’t a bad experience, but quite honestly, this restaurant just confuses me. They present themselves as an Italian restaurant, but absolutely nothing about this place screams Italian. Yes, there are a fair amount of pasta dishes, subs, and pizza. There’s also wings, burgers, and steaks, and I feel like their burgers are their signature items. The decor inside is just head scratching. There’s snoopy photos on the walls, almost a bit more rustic of a feel, and there was country music playing. The menu is huge and some of the items I can’t help but feel seemed over priced. My boyfriend got the lasagna, and said it wasn’t bad, but was also a really strange taste, and was almost doughy. I got a burger, I’m pretty sure there was mold on the bun. It was a small spot, and I didn’t say anything about it like I should I have, I just took the bun off and didn’t eat it. The burger was so big as it was that I never would have been able to finish it anyway. The burger itself had a great flavor and was prepared perfectly. The fries were great. The vinegar bottle on the table had some stuff floating around in it that I’ve never seen in vinegar before, I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. The waitress was great. Over all just a strange experience, great things and questionable things. I just feel like it’s a restaurant who doesn’t know what they are, and they could work on some of their food items.
