Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worcester

I am so disappointed in the level of service this location has. My drink tasted so bad, usually I can overlook it, but it was literally disgusting - I realized this half way through my drive so I couldn’t return until the afternoon (with the cup still entirely full). I asked the employee if they could make me a new one and she instantly proceeded to reprimand me about how I ordered in the AM and why was I there now. I tried explaining that I don’t work in the area, but she continued to be rude and it was honestly really embarrassing. I think she insulted me, I couldn’t really tell because she was speaking in another language but I came to them with so much understanding and patience, I genuinely could not understand how it escalated so quickly. I live nearby so this has been my family Dunks for more than 20 years, however, I refuse to give them anymore of my money. I would continue to go to this location even after they get my order wrong just because I knew some of the ladies and it was convenient. Quality of the overall food has gone down within the past couple of months since they have new workers. They are nice and polite but always either get the order wrong or undercooked the food. I got snackin 🥓 that was floppy and translucent but figured they just took it out of the oven so I would need to give it time to harden up, turns out it was halfway cooked and as soon as I ate it 5 to 10 minutes later I had a mild stomach ache which I know will turn into full-blown food poisoning at some point because you're not supposed to get a belly ache right after you eat something that looked iffy to begin with. The only reason why I'm upset is because I fed a piece of this undercooked bacon to my three-year-old son who I hope doesn't get sick because people don't know what they're doing or care to do their job properly while on the clock. I've recently started going to the Dunkin Donuts downtown and it's what the Dunkin Donuts on Main Street should be or at least used to be. It honestly depends on who is working. But 90% of the staff are very, very rude. Being disabled it's the closest to my house. It is not handicap accessible at all except for parking. And there is No Public Restrooms!!!! Not to be Rude or Disrespectful but a majority of the employees have a huge language barrier when it comes to english. I have even had to send my driver in or go to another Dunks to fix my coffee or order and that happens alot. And the fact the homeless who are addicts pan handle next to the drive thru/entrance is insanity and most of them are nodding out from drug use. I just dont understand why this Dunkin is run the way it is, just because you give it a makeover its still the same. (A huge dissapointment this year was the Halloween Spider Donuts. They did not look like spiders at all, they should have been monster donuts...) Always check your order and beverages...
